“Horrible experience. Ordered a perfume, received wrong size, I have returned to swap for right size and then once again received the same wrong size perfume. I’m not going to return it again and have been refused partial refund. Don’t waste your time.”

“Its the worst customer service i have to deal with it when i try to ask them were is my oder because i haven't received it they said to me because its St Patrick's day even after a week later they still email me to say its st St Patrick's day and after that when i still not receive my order they said to me my address was wrong and i have chosen the wrong courier to deliver my parcel and today 27th of March 2024 they said to me my parcel have return to them and ask me if i have satisfied with my product its the worst one i have to deal with and my address was never wrong its was the same address i have been order with them before. And in case of apologise for there mistake they want me to make sure i chose the right courier that i have never heard of this before i make my oder and the company chosen their own delivery company not me as a customer. I willl never order anything more from them.”

“Worst customer service I’ve ever received!! Royal Mail left my parcel outside, behind a vehicle that wasn’t even mine. I am now £200 down as my parcel was not there when I returned home. Hardly surprising as I have an open driveway and live on a major bus route, with the bus stop right opposite. I have contacted justmylook countless times to be told the same line over and over again “The item was left in your safe place so there is nothing we can do. I do NOT have a safe place, for the reasons mentioned above! I never give permission for my parcels to be left, and didn’t on this occasion either! Will now started a charge back with my bank and definitely won’t ever purchase from them again!”
