“I am finding it impossible to receive any items that I have placed orders for. I have ordered over 25 items and each and every time I see that my order status is cancelled. I then get an email saying "Sorry, some of the items you have ordered aren't available....." Some???? More like none! The money deducted from your account as the items are available when you place your order. My gripe is that you then have to wait days to have the money released back into your account. I think this company is acting in a disgraceful way. Maybe Senior Management are not aware of these underhanded tactics that are being used, they certainly need to be made aware. The website are advertising items for sale that are clearly not available and need to be looked into by trading standards, in fact I think it's time I passed details of the way this company is operating with evidence of what I have written for them to investigate this further.”

“If you are thinking of ordering from this Company then do it via telephone NOT ONLINE, ordered 5 items ALL IN STOCK WHEN ORDERING, also checked by phone a couple of days later due to an email received stating I has cancelled the order (which was not the case) ensured that all items were in stock but ONLY 1 ITEM (the most expensive) turned up. Queried this issue & informed they were not in stock ???? . If they send you a bog standard email regarding an online order not be available DO NOT STATE WHICH ITEM OR ITEMS they are referring to. NOT THE WAY TO RUN AN ONLINE BUSINESS, PATHETIC & UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST”

“The first dress I received was faulty. I returned it and ordered a replacement. The second dress was fine. Customer service was awful. I had used a voucher code with the first order and because I couldn't remember the code , wasn't given the discount on the replacement dress, although they had the invoice. Also was given an inquisition to get my postage refunded. Gave up in the end. Sadly wont use again, pity as the clothes are great.”
