Unfortunately the customer provided a Leicestershire address and a Brighton postcode for delivery - therefore it appears Royal Mail have been trying to figure out where to deliver it and it has been delayed. We always encourage customers to contact us directly if there is an issue.

“I found the website a bit restrictive in coices of what I could order so I phone the shop and spoke to Lisa who was brilliant in instructing me on how to order/pay and sorting out a suitable packing. Great Shop that I will use again.”

Interesting. A. You didn't leave a message on the online order to be included with the gin B. You emailed to correct us on your name when you had actually told the system it was the recipients name - I explained that these details were now being used for information and as the order was in progress this could not be altered. At this point I offered to include a message. C. You did not reply in time for the message to be included for posting. D. Therefore no message was included. Please review your own actions before making a negative review.
