“I found that Jumbles models were very good at responding to my email s that I sent them in relation to questions that I asked about the different model aircraft l wanted to buy. The only thing that I had trouble with having ordered a model was with the customs side of things in my home country. The shipping company's website that I used was requiring me to pay the customs charges by debit card and there was a lot of frustration with trying to pay them,in the end the company had to ask me to pay by a bank transfer. It was eventually sorted out. Overall l had a good experience with Jumbles Models.”

“My pre order that I was advised had come into stock was quickly paid in full by me and then rushed to my eager hands. It arrived safe and sound by the Royal Mail as good as their word. Very happy with transaction and can recommend Jumblies with out hesitation.”

“Exceptional customer service! Like a number of folk, my Border Models 1/32 Lancaster nose kit came with faulty clear parts. Border Models just fobbed me off when I contacted them, and referred me back to Jumblies – who really have gone above and beyond. Getting a shoddy response, and unable to get parts from the UK importer, who were supposed to replace them, they didn’t give up as I’m sure many would. Instead, they tracked down the European importers, who did have replacements, and ordered from them – presumably all at their own expense and certainly their own effort. Throughout this lengthy process (I bought the kit last August), Jamie kept me up to date with regular good humoured emails and phone calls. Well, the new parts arrived today. Not one, but two sets of canopies etc. all perfect and carefully wrapped. Well done Jumblies!! I know where I’ll be buying all my future kits from”
