Lovely boots and quick service. Surprised when I saw my mobile bill and realised your help line for orders is a premium cost one and it cost me £7 to change my order. Think you need to change this

Good delivery and communication. I find the returns policy a bit unfair as most online companies allow 28 days return for a full refund. Having bought a present in advance I was duped as the larger size was no longer in stock yet I still had to spend the refund with the website. All is covered by the Ts&Cs but in comparison to other websites it is not the best service and would deter me from ordering again.

Would have been better experience if jacket wasn’t stained as this was the item I really liked most.

I opted for the quickest delivery service which said 12 noon. It was £10.99 but I hate being cold . At the checkout it’s not clear when it would arrive but I expected it by noon next day however , I ordered on a Thursday and the item arrived on Monday late after noon not even noon . I was very disappointed about this so I emailed customer service.. initially I just received an apology after sending a further reply they refunded the delivery charge and said I their IT department has been notified about the delivery option at checkout not being clear and fair. So I cannot give the company more than 3 stars

Normally never have to return anything from jukes B but really disappointed with these boots ! The sizing needs checking as I am always a 4

I ordered the Tramarossa slim fit Leonardo jeans on line from Jules b but when I got them home the were hopelessly too small as they were in fact skinny fit. I have another pair at home which were also described as slim fit Leonardo jeans which fit perfectly although they are the same size being 34. It is so frustrating that Jules b can’t describe the true fit of these jeans on their website before you buy them. The exercise has been a waste of my time and Jules b resources.

I wasn’t able to pay with my card I find this often happens with JulesB it worked ok the week before but last week had to pay through PayPal Rang customer services and i’m afraid to say no help whatsoever but apart from that delivery good

Product and delivery were good , however, I checked on Google for your opening times to return I item to Jesmond store. Google states 9 am opening it is in fact 9.30am so had to wait outside for 1/2 hour, when you finally did open the assistant said he knew all about it & it happens regularly to customers as the closing times are wrong as well ! What was an easy transaction ended up being a pain as I had to hang around then rush so I was not late for work ! ITS EASY TO ADJUST YOUR TIMES ON GOOGLE JUST SIGN INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND CHANGE THEM !

They didn't make me happy in the first instance. They sent me a damaged necklace and blamed DPD. If this was the case (the box was pristine when delivered to me) then you could argue that they have not packed the necklace sufficiently. The issue was resolved eventually, but this is not the first time I've had issues with them I'm afraid.

Unfortunately they shipped us an item that had previously been returned with the tags removed - clearly not as advertised. Further to this when attempting to exchange they no longer had the product in stock, rather disappointing.

Efficient in delivery and ordering. Items too small. It is a shame you have to write first in order to return. Returns policy could be made easier. Still awaiting my response
