I was the first customer in on a Saturday morning at 9AM. As you could probably expect most people would be half asleep at this time however the guys in store were the complete opposite! Luke was full of energy and assisted me in exchanging a helmet that wasn’t the right style for me. He was full of energy and very knowledgeable on all the different styles of helmets and helped me pick the right one for me while describing all the differences between multiple helmets. He went out of his way to take the helmets out of the boxes and let me try them on even though it would have been a pain to repack them. Luke offered to fit the pin Lock free of charge and we had a laugh about how people don’t know how durable helmets can be when fitting accessories to them. The helmet I chose was the SCORPION EXO-1400 EVO AIR HELMET PLAIN CARBON I am very satisfied with my visit to the (Manchester M11 1DA England ) Branch and it has given me the best start to the day! Went into Leeds branch enquiring about spare screws for an Arai Tour X 4. Dealt with Ben who could not have been more helpful and friendly. Went out of his way to source the parts from their supplier and had them posted to store in days. What’s more, provided them free of charge ! I will get all my kit from J and S in future. A genuine breath of fresh air. What a service , many thanks.

Yes I'm back again shopping at J+S, with the warmer weather I purchased a pair of alpinestars vented short boots. As always nothing is too much trouble for the staff at the gloucester site and I would thouraly recommend to any biker give them a try you won't be disappointed 😀

If anything like preston beware Parking charge Beware, park outside waiting for shop to open to then receive a £100 fine from ES parking enforcement cowboys. Shop manager unwilling to help. Expensive visit before you've even bought anything. Vile parking company, unhelpful staff in store

Purchased a tracker that wasn’t working when it arrived. Contacted J&S who weren’t interested in helping me sort the issues out. Would be cautious using this company. They obviously don’t value their customers and you’re on your own if there is a fault/issue.

Brought a helmet from Manchester store on 28th feb , looked for a visor for it that night and found same helmet for £35 cheaper !! Rang store next day and was told they can’t price match after purchase and no refund !! Even though the policy states 14 days. Shops full of know it all bikers and don’t cater for individual preferences.. That’s what biking is ?? Sad that they won’t refund and out of pocket.. Preston store wouldn’t help either.

Purchased a couple of items from J&S Northwich the latest item being a new helmet. I didn't shop around because I trusted them to offer good service and good prices. I then seen the helmet cheaper on a competitors website and without hesitation or dispute J&S refunded the diffrence immediately. Fantastic service from a fantastic company.

Don't trust J&S accessories online Hello i am Meghanath Pilla, Please don't trust J&S as they don't deliver your online orders and put status as delivered. The customer support team are very cheap. Please don't buy from J&S accessories ever Its been more than a month but they don't care about your order and i payed £187.99 No response till date The only response i was getting was the mail from them stating it was delivered Finally tells that they delivered but theft occurred LOL

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM J&S BIRMINGHAM, BORDESLEY. ROSS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GUY WAS AMAZING HE STIID WITH ME AND HELPED ME CHOOSE A JACKET FOR OVER AN HOUR AND WAS GIVING ME THE RUN DOWN STEP BY STEP OF THE SPECIFICATIONS OF EVERY JACKET I TRIED ON. HE EVEN HELD MY PHONE WHILST I WAS ON VIDEO CHAT WITH MY PARTNER.

Not happy at having to pay the return postage on a £55 pair of boots. The return cost was £10! I couldnt take them back to a shop as the nearest one to me was in Hamilton and I am on the east coast of Scotland. I wont be buying online from you again and I wont be going to one of your shops as theyre too far away!

well im manchesters million mile courier so clearly seen a lot of clothing off over the years 20 year ago i bought my first furygan jacket from j&s and apart from me putting weight on jacket still waterproof i also bought a furygan riding jacket that has probably seen the best part of 50000 miles in all weathers just come back to manchester from dunstablecoat leaked badly after 10 year daily use was that impreesed i just got back from dunstable and 5 minutes later new frank thomas coat bought £150 3 week s ago frank thomas pants and 2 weeks ago frankthomas gloves they will be used to there absolute maximum as other coats did and even though my 10 year old jacket used daily leaked value for money you can,t go wrong and i would never dream of using my boots as brakes then leaving a bad review that just shows i have low intellect and can,t ride a motorcycle so to banish any bad reviews from the guy who has completed 2 million miles on a motrcycle cheers cheers cheers andthat not mentioning the rucka suits and paleno coats all bought from j &s in the eighties all my friends and riding companions all use j & s first class service from steve and staff at manchester tick tick tick

Great customer service in store at Hamilton, when making a purchase, bend over backwards for the sale. However, be aware returning items you are offered a credit note. No managers discretion, pointed to the sign at the til and a shrug of the shoulders. From my perspectve not a company I would highly rate. Nor ever use.

First class customer service, I had a problem with a helmet, my contact with the company HQ were faultless, My glitch was sorted and the staff did go above and beyond to happily resolve the issue.

Appalling customer service, just a joke, returned my boots after days of owning because of the sole deformed in one boot which started making me walk oddly, so I bring it back to the store to let them have a look and the sales guy has a look at just the one boot and says it's fine nothing wrong with it, how can you tell if the sole is the same shape as the other boot by only checking one shoe? And what I get is an outright refusal of a refund, email to above the store are just ignored. I'm going to have to do a charge back as it's the only way I might get my money back as I've had no support at all, highly suggest avoiding this company as after sales support does not exist.
