“I place an order WEB17865 /30.12.2018 for an Prada Amber Eau de Parfum Spray 50ml gift set and I got something else inside but not Prada.
I called them and I sent back the box to have a look what is wrong, maybe is expired! Every year for 13 years I purchased Prada Amber direct from shop and this year I ordered online. For your information I mention as I didn't get any calls back, no money and no replacement.
I just lost £ 56 ....for nothing..be aware!!!!”

We charge £2.95 for a fully tracked, 24 hour delivery service on orders less than £30. The delivery charge is waived for orders exceeding this value. I'm sorry that you feel hard done by, however, the delivery charge is mentioned clearly on each and every product page of our website as well as the checkout page. We'd have been happy to cancel your order and issue a refund, however, you didn't once contact us prior to us dispatching your item.
“I ordered beauty product from them via internet. It was low price if compare with other web sites. I received a confirmation of my order, they took my money. After 3 days I received an email from them that they don't have this item on this price, but I can buy it on a full price- 2 times expensive. As I understand, if an item is in stock now (it was Guerlain Meteorites and they still have them on full price) and on the moment of purchase was in stock and I could paid for them and received a confirmation, they must send it for me. But they are refused. So be very careful with their promotions and deals- not fact that you will receive it!”
“I would recommend you stay clear of this company - I paid £35 online for make up and they sent a used ex demo pot. I sent them pictures they day the product was received and it is clealry used - but rather than apologising and sending out a replacement item they assured me it could not be an ex demo pot and so far I have still not received a refund or a replacement. In fact I have had to report them to trading standards.
The product was advertised and priced as new - yet it was half used and disgusting when received. When things go wrong this company have no customer service skills at all.”
