My order hasn't arrived yet and it was ordered on 20 November. It is now December 2. I paid for delivery too. How disappointing. Where is my order?

I cancelled the order within an hour of placing it and emailed accordingly. Never received an acknowledgment and not received the items so assuming all ok. Very unprofessional.

Never received this item. I was sent an email to say I was being refunded with no explanation to say why the item I had ordered was not being delivered. Will not order again as not good service.

Now I lost my shipment because your team forgot to put my phone number in the shipment information( which they use for sending tracking inside Kuwait). It may be take 2 weeks to reach the area mail or may be they will refund back to you because of your fault. Despite your customer service who didn’t send any tracking number or information that the shipment is out of UK. I sent many emails to know the statements of the shipment and when eventually reply it was already in Kuwait 4 days ago. I ordered these accessories for my wedding in 15th Oct. .. you put me in trouble now Your customer service is such a failure.

I placed an order for some earrings and paid via PayPal. A few days later, I received an email from Jon Richard and then PayPal, stating that the order was being refunded. There was no explanation for the refund. I could not find a telephone number for Jon Richard on their website. There was, however, a working phone number for Jon Richard on the PayPal refund email. I called this and found a voice message, which had obviously been set during the Covid-19 lockdown period, directing callers to their customer service email address. I contacted Jon Richard via this email address and received a reply several days later to advise that the item was now out of stock.

My order was cancelled because there was no stock. I wasn’t told this. I received a refund email after I contacted customer services to chase delivery, so I can’t write a review for a product I didn’t receive. Due to lack of communication I probably will not place any further orders.
