“I am disappointed about my visit to your Skegness store today. I only order every 2 months because I work a lot and so I order in bulk. I buy 2 large sacks of dog food and 4 trays costing over £100. I am always allowed to use a discount card even if I don't have one because of always going in. I hadn't got a March code today when I went in and they wouldn't allow me to have a discount. I ended up putting back £118 worth of dog food. As I walked out the store, the woman behind the counter said 'don't mind me, I only work here'. I was absolutely furious and I will not be returning. I have spent thousands of pounds in your store from food to leads and collars to treats and toys, but I won't spending another penny from now on. I suggest you teach your staff, especially the new one that was in there today, some manners and give her customer service training otherwise you will be losing other customers.”

“Given 3 stars due to the fact that they have now moved cat food upstairs which is not very good for me when I am carrying 2 boxes at once. I am scared of falling and staff no longer offer help like they did when it was the pet store. I feel this is an accident waiting to happen and is only a matter of time before someone falls down the stairs carrying items. Will not be buying the large sacks of dried cat food anymore as i dont want to fall”

Ordered two large sacks of litter - they only sent one , when chased they can't provide tracking for the 2nd parcel tell you a manager will call and don't and don't refund either DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY”
“Extremely disappointed as the store are not consistent with what they sell. Totally appalled by the customer service when I was informed they have never sold what I had purchased from them on several occasions before and when I reiterated I had they repeated said they haven't sold it, felt I was being called a liar. Since this store has been bought over generally the customer service is poor. On this occasion 3 staff were casually chatting together despite numerous customers waiting which is not good. I will not be shopping in this store again. Bring back the previous owners when the customer service was better and more warmful”
“I shop at the congleton branch in cheshire and every time i go to this branch there is never anyone on the till and you have to find a staff member to assist in paying for your goods.
Also the staff seem to unexperienced to be working with the public and not very helpful…

“PRICE MATCH IS A CON
This is a con of a company and is very expensive product that can be purchased from B&M or other pet shops like Pets At Home cheaper with great customer service.
This companys Price Match is also a Big Con as I found out when purchased goods and found out that Home Bargains are sell8ng them for a £1 cheaper, but when challenged this for refund there customer service reply was that the company's terms and conditions state you should tell the store about the low price before your purchase, but how would you know this if you haven't been to the other shop to find out they are selling it cheaper.
So I will never shop there again and I would say to other customers to shop at Pets at Home or other places is cheaper and customer service is better and they will stick to there word about any problem like refunds or price match with out Fobbing you of like Jollyes Pet shops they are a JOKE.”
“Pleasant, helpful staff, pets are allowed in and the staff always make a fuss of them and offer them treats. It’s a nice experience for my dog when I take him there. Good selection of pet toys and healthy treats.”
