“Our broker Heather McLennan was simply outstanding!! Our mortgage application was particularly complex for various reasons and she helped us navigate through the issues every step of the way. Heather was proactive and would provide us with regular updates without being prompted. and dealt with the application with the urgency it required. In summary, we really felt Heather treated our mortgage application as if it were her own and she was an absolute pleasure to work with! Thank you so much for helping us get the mortgage over the line! Cannot recommend you enough!”

“Very customer focussed and easy experience. Shaun Boyle as the broker was very patient and searched a suitable mortgage for us in a complicated situation. He explained the options in detail for us to make a good choice. Emma Moores as the customer manager, communicated frequently and kept us upto date. Overall a great experience in helping me with the mortgage and I'd not hesitate to recommend.”

“I can’t even explain how brilliant Leigha has been during a very long and complicated purchase. From day one there has been regular communication and fast responses and even helped by contacting the estate agents and solicitors long after my mortgage was approved. Any questions I had or still have after completion I know will be answered. This was my first time buying and for several reasons was made extremely difficult due to the seller but the support and reassurance from Leigha and Paul helped immeasurably. They really went above and beyond. Can’t recommend them enough! Thank you so much”

“Very pleased with the service provided by Andrew Ireland. Have worked with him on a few occasions now and each time he has been very quick to respond to any queries, helpful in explaining my options and clear in giving advice. It has made all the difference to have someone as pro-active and with good knowledge of the mortgage market. Would definitely recommend.”

“We have had a great experience with Jonh Charcol. Our mortgage advisor Sophia Tella is very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and friendly. Buying a house can be very doubting particularly if you are on a budget. Sophia made the whole process stress-free, she was amazing at securing a good deal and what we need to purchase our home in a very short time frame and considering our personal circumstances, we couldn't believe it. She also helped us to find a good Solicitor, building insurance and life insurance which we were much appreciated and very happy with recommended solicitor and insurance. Throughout the process, from the first engagement to completion we felt we were given the best advice and support by Sophia Tella and Emma Moores. Always exchange emails with solicitors and letting agency, on our behalf and kept us informed at all stages of the process. Nothing was too much trouble for them We will be forever grateful for all your help and would use it in future without a doubt. Honestly, I can't recommend them and the company enough.”
