“I was uncertain as to whether we should get a mortgage or a bridging loan in order to buy a house before we had sold our existing house. I searched on the internet and came across John Charcol - so glad we did contact them. Initially we were contacted by Patrick Collins who talked through our requirements and explored mortgage options. However, it became clear that we couldn't borrow a sufficient amount based on our income, so he suggested he put us in contact with a Bridging Finance expert in John Charcol - Harry Limburn. Harry was just as professional and evaluated our requirements and suggested two bridging finance companies, one of which has provided the necessary funds to purchase our new home. Once we were in the final stages of the loan process, we were supported by Lily Rechert, who liaised with the finance company and our conveyancing solicitor - holding our hands throughout. Throughout, the experience of using John Charcol and in particular Patrick, Harry and Lily, we were treated with respect (no hard selling), professionally advised and supported and we are delighted with the outcome. I superb company that I highly recommend and would certainly use again if I had a need.”

“After having several hassles with other mortgage brokers, Shaahid and Louise from John Charcol were amazing! The communication from start to finish was brilliant and they managed to get us a great deal considering the interest rates at the moment. They even managed to tweak the interest rate right before completion as it had gone down. After experiencing such disappointment from other brokers we will only be using John Charcol from now on. HIGHLY recommend.”

“We found John Charcol through an internet search and immediately we were very impressed compared to other brokers we had considered. Sarang was very helpful and made sure we understood what was required in order to secure our first home/mortgage. He was so helpful in explaining everything each step of the way, and was always very reassuring. We could always rely on him to answer the phone whenever we needed to speak, and keep us updated with everything that was happening. We were able to put an offer in on a dream property thanks to the speed and efficiency we experienced while working with him. Would thoroughly recommend to friends and family on future purchases.”

“As first time buyers we had no clue what we were doing but thanks to Andrew Ireland we managed to secure our first house/mortgage. We couldn't be happier with his services, he is very efficient in getting the right information to you and from you. “Mark Brazier was able to get us a mortgage for a relatively complicated situation - renting our property in Scotland while we moved overseas for an expat posting in Asia.
