“From the moment we picked up the phone at the enquiry stage we knew we had made the right decision with John Charcol. Paul Corcoran dealt with us from the start in a clear and understanding way. Paul called when he said he would called and emailed when he said he would email. Both oral and written language has been clear and concise and customer friendly. Our mortgage has been agreed verbally and now in confirmed in writing. Next month we are at the point of exchanging contracts. Speedy, efficient service. “John Charcol offered me a variety of options for my remortgage, and talked me through the different deals so that I felt I was making an informed choice of the product I finally chose. They worked with me and helped move the transaction along when it became a little slow at one point.
