“I have just purchased Joe browns western bootcut jeans. I normally buy 3 pairs evey year. This time I was very disappointed they are not the same very loose about the crutch material not as it used to be. Regular are very long and short extramly short. Will be sending 2 pairs back I will keep 1 pair as I am desperate for new jeans”

“I tried to order a coat on line never ever again worst site I have tried to order from, kept coming up with an address that I have never lived at then when I finally got through my order ( one coat) it tried to charge me for three coats😡, I gave up . I have bought a lot of Joe brown's clothing and very satisfied with them but this was a nightmare, I'll stick to the old way with Joe brown's A SHOP .”

“Ordered two coats from Joe Brown mix it up size 18 patchwork coat multi and size 18 into the wood Mac green multi which was absolutely beautiful I’m normally a size 18 these came back not a size 16 please Joe Brown right!!!!!”

“Customer service is nonexistent. Ordered a coat in late January. No tracking/ shipping info has been provided in three weeks. No information about when it might be delivered or progress of shipment. I am promised that I will be contacted about my order but all I get are automated responses. I feel like I’ve been scammed. I would give zero stars if I could. I will be opening a dispute at PayPal to get a refund. I see others have had this same problem.”

“Bought the embroidered festive coat in the sale. I fell in love with it when I saw it. Delivery was fast and the coat fitted perfectly I ordered a size 10. However 2 of the buttons fell off outside on my first time wearing it. I did not recover them so will be replacing all of the buttons if I can't find the same ones. Such a shame, but such a beautiful coat and pleased with the service.”

“Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered goods in October, still not received some items. Cannot get through on phones, sent 3 messages asking for refund and not one reply. Would definitely never use again and not recommend!!! Basically, take your money with no intention of refunding it when items do not turn up. I will be reporting to trading standards.”

I sent e-mails with requests for clarification of the matter, but unfortunately they only reassure me that they would check everything. I've been waiting a long time, but nothing comes of it. “I have been buying Joe Brown clothing for years. I love the quirky designs, quality and fit. My tunics have been washed and worn more times than I care to count, but my passion is collecting their lovely jackets. I recently had an issue (not major) with a pair of beautiful jeans I had bought. I sent an email asking for advice, not requesting a refund, but with in 48 hours a replacement pair of jeans were delivered! Well done Joe Browns. Customer service second to none. This is why I keep returning and recommending. Carole Holmes”

“I would like to say that I am very impressed with the service from Joe brown . I returned a couple of items as they did not suit my requirements, I read reviews that said returns took too long . All I would say is be patient returns do take 14 days to process. Also the response from customer care regarding my Email query was dealt with and resolved swiftly . I know I can now shop with confidence at Joe brown on line great service and stylish good quality fashion.”

“im writting this review with a hugeeee delay . we were in the middle of never ending covid when the stores finally opened for a few weeks.one day after work grumpy and to be honest looking like a homeless person i decided to stop at Toronto premium outlets in Milton to buy shoes. Didnt know exactly what kind of shoes i wanted i walkes into Browns shoes wondeed around for a bit when one of the sales assistants came up to me asking if i need assistance and help with deciding what kind of shoes i want. he listened to me carefully and showed me my options. he was serving practically half of the customers in the store. I was surprised with his patience and knowledge about shoes.. His name is Sameer Yousofi. i walked out with 2 pairs of shoes that i do not regret buying. love them and they meet all my expectations. Good job Sameer Yousofi. keep up the good work!!! will see you soon”
