Just a few lines to let you know that my wife and I are very pleased with the house cavity insulation that was arranged for us. I was full of fear with regard to this process, especially as I live in a house that was built in 1928, they very kindly explained away my fears. The two lads that came to do the job were very professional and pleasant and did a very good job, and tidied up afterwards. I feel that in due course we will feel the benefits of the work done. I can thoroughly recommend your company and team of workers to all and sundry. Clive Stanley. Berkshire

The cavity wall insulation process was exceptionally easy from an initial knock at the door to having free cavity wall insulation installed in our home under 2 weeks later. The installers were polite and efficient with the job being completed in under 3 hours. They tidied up and left little evidence that they'd ever been! We are now looking forward to savings on the bills. Wendy - Basingstoke

Job Worth Doing installed cavity wall insulation at my home last winter. The workmen were tidy and polite and did a great job on the colour match repair to the holes. We have noticed a significant reduction in the amount of oil we use as a result. More than happy to recommend. John - West Linton, Scottish Borders

I have just had my windows to my flat replaced with PVC double glazing. From start to finish I have received a really good service and I am delighted with the quality of workmanship. The fitters were efficient, punctual and left everything clean and tidy. I recommend them highly and will definitely use Job Worth Doing again.

Do NOT touch this company with a barge pole! We had windows fitted in May 2014 and the results were horrifying-scratched glass, squint sills, gouges on the UPVC surrounds. Called the out and a full refit had to be done. In the process they made a hole in the plaster in my son's bedroom. After many phone calls chasing the plasterer and reporting more faults we finally had a 2nd refit in May 2015!!! Thankfully a better one that we are happy with. Trying to get compensation for the upset and inconvenience and also for the redecoration of my son's room. What are they offering me? £250!!! Laughable. Horrific, lazy, work shy and incompetent firm with the same type of employees. Use them at your own peril

On the 22nd January this company attended at my home to survey for cavity wall insultation and in drilling survey holes drilled through a tile in my fireplace. Despite repeated calls to them and promises of putting this right, here I am in May with the job not sorted out - extremely poor and amateurish company.

Job Worth Doing installing double glazing next door, parked their vehicle across our drive. When asked to move it as we had a gas leak and needed access, VERY rude and condescending. Employees used our front garden as access and left a mess when they finished; AVOID,

Job Worth Doing - But Get Someone Else. Job Worth Doing fitted new double glazing for me in February 2014 and at today's date 27 November 2014 I am still waiting on them to replace faulty glass. They have been back to my house on at least four different occasions to replace damaged/marked glass. On the majority of these scheduled return visits, it was the installers that brought the damage to my attention - I am not sure if I would have ever noticed some of the damage until it was pointed out. The last time they came back to replace damaged glass in my kitchen unit was late August 2014 and this was their (including the original new glass that they installed in February) third attempt at getting it right. In October with the sun shining on the glass I noticed marks on the inside of the unit but did not call them till November to advise them of this. Job Worth Doing now say that because I did not contact them within 28 days I must now pay for the replacement window. Today (27 November) I was told "If it's something that we (Job Worth Doing) did wrong, then we would come back and replace or fix". However, when I asked if it was my fault that they fitted faulty glass? they said no but referred me to their 28 day policy. Although now two people within their customer services state that "you paid a lot of money and that's not right, we will get that changed". Job Worth Doing insist that I have to pay. I have asked Job Worth Doing for a copy of their 28 day policy that I signed and at the moment I am waiting on their manager to get back to me. I will continue this review in due course but if anyone out there is considering using "Job Worth Doing" I would reconsider.
