“Its absolutely rubbish. Took it back to boots got another replacement. Doesnt work. Yes it makes a whirring noise but thats it. It going in the bin”

“Brought a few pairs of jml magnifying glasses and all now are in the bin they have come away on left arm no use now rang jml but she just said where did you buy them I said Argos and she said then your argument is with Argos made in China but we’re good when working order not exactly cheap £20”

“Fraud Fraud Fraud company, My Order no. #001832309 I had an emergency room to paint and was struggling for time when I was Recomended by this fraud company to buy there paint roller pro for £24.99 that I paid extra £6.95 for next day delivery and was late on arrival not only late broken I have pics to prove also faulty damaged goods looks like seconds and ruined my plans for the weekend ended up paying some one £250 to paint last min job thank you very much left me in financial difficulty as well as not satisfied. My emails made to Jennifer of logging a formal complaint was ignored didn’t Evan bother helping me just closed answers not to log a complaint or help. Also spoke to Jane who totally brushed my complaint under table no empathy shown”

“Well my go cooker went in the blink I phoned them up because I had extended warranty they sent me a part it still didn't work I waited 4 days for it to come so I phoned again so they told me to send it back waiting on royal mail to pick it up so now I will have to wait till they get it back so that will probably have to wait another week before I get it replaced we are pensioners that's our only cooking facility's which I told them so needless to say won't be ordering anything from jml again”

“Bought JML draught shield excluder,followed instruction and put it up around pvc door and windows.An hour later i could hear it all dropping onto floor.What a waste of money. Dont buy this rubbish it does not work,wish i had read reviews before i bought product.Never again will i buy any JML products.£14.99 wasted.”

“I bought a Nu You Body Brush in July 2022 and it broke down in April 2023. I contacted JML and they sent a replacement with a new receipt stating that there was a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. This was also printed on the box the replacement came in. The replacement has also broken down but JML are refusing to replace it because I bought the original one over a year ago despite the replacement being 10 months old and within the manufacture's warranty.”

“Do not waste your money on this it is not fit for purpose it only sticks for under a hour then falls down. I cleaned my window frame with mentholated spirits and dried it then i put stuck the JML tape down on the frame i had clean to be honest it was lest than a hour and it fell down”

“Would not stick. 30 mins at most. I put double sided tape on doors and put jml tape over that . Still would not stay up . Dreadful product. Take away that one star.😱”

“JML shower head with beads.I replaced my shower head because I thought the idea of saving water was great.When I used the stop valve, flow decreased when turned back on.The water ended up gushing out of my electric shower unit.I ended up having to buy a completely new shower as it could not be repaired. I'm furious.My shower was only a couple of years old.”

“Bought a jml shower head with beads I tried it to see if it worked, it did I put my old shower head bk on and the water poured out of the shower on the wall,casing on the wall there is nothing on the box or the paper inside, so now I have had to buy a new shower and get an electrician to fit so be aware people.”

“I ordered JML Vacuum Sealer . Did not use till after 3 months. Machine did seal properly so had air escape after 2 minutes of sealing. Utter waste of bags ,money and time! Called customer service who told me to return it and it would be checked and if faulty I could get a credit note as that's what I wanted. Not another vacuum sealer that could come with the same problem. For a call from the same customer service after a week to say she insisted had tested the machine and it was fine so she would be sending it back. She further went on about how I must not have closed the lid on properly. It was literally a back and forth argument which I found rude and distressing . Please don't waste your time or money! I told the woman on the phone to keep it as I didn't want a machine that didn't work sent back and she kept it! Never heard from them again! Worst experience ever. This happened 2 weeks ago. Should have videoed the machine faults.”

“Purchased the Navy Seal Draught Tape - what a waste of money !!! - followed instructions to a tee and within 15 mins it all started to become unstuck - Doesn't even deserve a one star - so disappointed - does anyone at JML actually test this rubbish before its advertised and sold ??”

“I have a body brush which I got for Christmas and am happy apart from loofah head has become detached from fixing pmatr I have been told by your customer services I have to buy a whole set of brushes why if on guarantee should I have to pay for a design fault.”

“Very poor customer service , item received & open to use after few months and realize was spoiled , they said will check and revert .. I needed to call on day 15, and they reply in days 16, very disappointed answer , “cannot be exchange or Ofer to replace the damage parts . very irresponsible…”
