They didn’t send the right suit I ordered. I paid for a mix and match suit for $200 extra and they sent a wrong waistcoat/vest. When we reached out they said they will look into it and we never heard back. We should have read the Google review for this company before we placed an order. It’s too bad because we were thinking of dealing with this company in the future, but I guess not anymore.

Ordered a $500 suit that was never received. Attempted customer service and return order, and never received any correspondence.

Returned an item that was mis sized after ordering all of the wedding suits from them. Was told to re order a new suit and return the mis sized one. Months later and still no refund despite confirmation that it had been returned. They're now ignoring all contact and their phone never goes through! AVOID!!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! They were very helpful in the first instance as in getting in the order through. As soon as the suit arrived it didn’t fit correctly at all item was not as described and quality was not great. Asked for a refund that’s where the communications stopped finally got somewhere and they said send it back - months and months went passed constant emails and messages left no one got back to me after sending back. They then changed the adress to send the suit back to after them advising to send it to another address absolute scam! Caused alot of stress this is not a company I would ever recommend!! In the end Pay pal saved me here!! AVOID

I ordered a suit for my would be wedding last year (September 2020) which had to be delayed by a year. I ordered the suit just as lock down came into force and when it was delivered (bunched up in a small plastic bag and creased badly) I found it to be far to big. The suit measured 40” across the board and made me look like a clown. I called them about this and the man answered and told me that they can sort it no problem and he will book me an appointment (March 2021). Of course the UK was in lockdown and Jennis & Warmann cancelled my appointment with 0 follow up and absolutely no correspondence. Once lockdown lifted I messaged them to ask again about it and they have completely denied any liability or even acknowledge any of my points raised on the messages! I found them to come across as rude, arrogant and very unprofessional I’ve messages and have never come across such poor customer service or care. Disgraceful.

No suit (4 months on from order), communication nonexistent unless pushed, and then very poor. No refund either. Do not order from this company - you will be disappointed.

My tale with Jennis & Warmann is all too familiar. I ordered a suit in August 2020; when it finally arrived (about a month longer than it should have taken), I received two shocks. First, I had to pay an import duty (I am in the UK, so was surprised as to why I needed to pay customs dues for a UK product). It turns out the suit was made in Shanghai, despite all the emphasis on #British in Jennis & Warmann's advertising. Second, the shoulder had been sewn to the arm of the suit jacket in a way that was clearly wrong, and never should have passed quality control from, apparently, the company's expert tailors in Shanghai. I notified the company—Jay, it turns out—that I would be returning the suit. He confirmed the address to where I should return it, and confirmed that I would be reimbursed for the customs dues I had to pay. This was on 26 October and 3 November, via email. Despite sending five polite follow-up emails, I have yet to receive any response from Jay (or anyone else), nor have I received my refund (and reimbursement of the customs duty). Like so many others reviewing this company, it is impossible to get a reply from anyone, nor is the company contactable in any meaningful way (unless it's to take your money). For those considering using this company, my advice is don't. A quick glance at their information on Companies House gives cause for concern about the reputability of Jennis & Warmann. And the growing chorus of complaints about non-existent customer service, long delivery times, and faulty products should induce caution in any potential buyer. The fact that these 'bespoke tailored suits' (a tautology, I would add) are made in China means that Jennis & Warmann also has an appalling carbon footprint, made all the worse because nowhere on their website do they specify where, exactly, their tailors are based (though they certainly lead one to infer that their suits are British). If I'd known this, I never would have ordered from them in the first place, and would have saved myself the ongoing hassle of trying to get my refund. Jennis & Warmann, from my perspective at least, seem to be scam artists, and they are a disgrace to small businesses in the UK and elsewhere. There is nothing reputable or honest about them.

Bought a suit, nice navy pinstripe double breasted, which I then returned (arms too short, couldn't be tailored). I asked for a refund as you had discontinued the suit, which meant I couldn't reorder. It's been 3 months since I sent the suit back with recorded delivery so I know they've got it, and they confirmed they had it in an email. I haven't received the refund! I've emailed them 4 times now but no response. So I think I've been scammed.

Started by arranging a fitting on the website at their office in east London, after taking a day off from work and travelling there only to find out they are closed on that specific day, but I wasn’t informed, so traveled home again. I was not put off because their suits looked great, I booked a Zoom chat with Jay but didn’t receive Zoom credentials, another meeting that didn’t happen. I was not put off again! All the time not being able to talk to anyone on the phone which was never answered, through email I booked another Zoom chat which was a success Jay ran though some mix and match suits that he recommended and though an excruciatingly slow process showed me fabric samples and colours through low resolution images which I optimistically picked from. After the meeting had finished I felt that I hadn’t seen the whole range of what was available because of this and was looking for more options and inspiration from the website. Trying to achieve this was some what difficult, custom service was poor, never answered phone calls again and always briefly replied to emails late at night or not at all making it very difficult to communicate and get things sorted. Had to give up in the end and settle for what I had picked originally. I was not happy with the delivery. The suit arrived one day before the deadline due to several wasted weeks with poor communication, making it impossible to do any final tailoring on waistcoat and trousers that I ended up not wearing due to this, not only that but I wasn’t happy with colour and fabric. I had a back up suit just in case that I ended up wearing. In their defence It’s extremely hard to tailer and pick fabrics on a computer or phone screen, this suit was a gamble that didn’t pay off, it saddens me because they look so great on their website. Wouldn’t recommend. You can’t beat a one on one suit fitting. I’d recommend you pass on this internet based shop

AVOID AVOID AVOID these scammers. The suits ordered in August 2019 were sub-standard so I returned. It is now July 2020 and I have taken court action against them and STILL no refund.

I bought my suit in 2016. Still use it most days (aside from cleaning it!!) and never lost so much as a thread or button. Delighted.

We researched a number of suit suppliers for our Wedding in November of 2019. In the end we chose Jennis and Warmann as they could customise the 5 suits we required, and all for a reasonable price. The service from day one was brilliant - the measurements by Jean-Paul at their offices in London were spot on, and the quality of the suits are great. When we needed to get a quick adjustment done to one of the jackets only a couple of weeks prior to the Wedding, due to an ever growing nephew it was taken care of with no hassle, and delivered back to us in time for the wedding.

0 Stars! DISGRACE Ordered 6 suits (including my made to measure one) 3 months before my wedding day and told it will take 5-6 weeks to arrive. Sounded great and good value and JP is very attentive. After making payment everything changed. No tracking, they don’t answer calls, emails take a week for a reply and is vague (your suits are being made, we’ll be in touch soon..). After chasing constantly for weeks with little to no reply, they finally told me suits would arrive 3 days before the wedding!! So 4-5 weeks late. Absolute disgrace and not enough time for suits to be delivered, tried on, changes and any alterations undertaken. After service is none existent and would not recommend to anybody. Had to source from the great marc darcy who are everything i would expect from a professional outfit but at higher cost. I’m still waiting for a reply to my compliant and they think providing a refund is sufficient. Stay away unless you want unnecessary stress before a big event!

Very well made and designed tweed suit. Beautiful fabric and cut, with first class detailing. I’ll definitely be back.

We ordered our suits in September 2018 and was given the timeframe of 45 days. Which came and went. In mid October, we tried to email for further details with no response. We phoned, and they did not answer our calls. They didn't bother to call back. As we had no information about what was happening, we had to travel to the shop to try and find out where the suits were. We were told that the suits were still in Hong Kong (being made, I should add) and that they would take another week at least to arrive. Coincidentally, another gentleman was sitting in the shop waiting for his suit to be adjusted. We asked him when he placed his order, he said the first week of August. He said that he had only received his suit in mid October. Unfortunately, when his suit arrived it had the incorrect buttons and the waistcoat didn't match the other items. Based on this information and the poor customer service we had experienced to that point, we requested to cancel the order. We had to wait for a few hours in the shop as the poor shop assistant tried to call his boss (in Ghana at that time) to authorise a refund. Eventually we were told that this would take up to two weeks to happen. After two weeks had passed, the money had not been refunded and we tried to call the shop. No answer. We had to tell Jennis and Warmann by email that we would have to seek the advice of our bank's fraud team to recover the cost. Surprisingly enough, the money was returned in two days. In summary, the timeframe they give is wildly incorrect, the customer service is non existent and I am shocked that they are still operating when so many customers are dissatisfied with the service they are providing. Please avoid them, it is not worth the hassle, anxiety and stress!

WARNING!!! DO NOT USE this bunch of cowboys!! They're a one man band, tiny little office, and do not fulfill their orders correctly. I paid over £1k up front and my suits were over 3 weeks late. When they did arrive, 5 out 6 came un-hemmed, even though all measurements were given. Company is now refusing to pay the bill for having them hemmed, even though they sent me an email telling me to send through the invoice for the alterations!! Jokers! Suit quality is also poor. Do Not Use!!!

Ordered a tailored suit July 1st 2018. Estimated delivery was expected to be 45 days. After 50 days I contacted customer service. They didn’t respond until my second e-mail 10 days later. Promised to get it sorted right away. After promises and many e-mails the suit was sent out the week before Christmas with a promise that I would have the suit by Christmas. Christmas went by with no suit. Then I got contacted by someone that lived on the other side of my country that had got my suit in his mail. I got to pay him to send the suit to me. And of course Jennis & Warmann said that it wasn’t their fault. When I got the suit that I had waited for half a year it didn’t fit at all. And I had been very careful when measuring and sending in the measurements. But nothing were even close to my size. I contacted Jennis & Warmann about a return and they instructed me how to do and promised the money back. I got a return receipt from them where they claimed to have had my money refunded. But I never got any money. When I contacted them about this they blamed PayPal. I contacted PayPal and they confirmed that Jennis & Warmann had never made any refund to me. When i confronted customer service about that, they stopped responding. And that’s where I am now. Never ever buy anything from Jennis & Warmann. You might as well throw your money away or give them to charity, where they at least will do some good. Jennis & Warmann is a joke and a fraud.

We ordered four suits in July, two had the wrong inlay and one came with a jacket we didn't order and no shorts that we did. The other two suits had to be taken to a real tailor because you told us that you don't make the suits and it wasn't your problem. Despite numerous attempts at any kind of explanation, we was ignored. You're a bloody disgrace.
