“I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else- both for boarding and grooming. The staff always make such a fuss of him and I can relax knowing he is getting the best care and attention.”

“Archie loves it at Jaycliffe. He gets to go in the exercise area and this makes me feel happier knowing he's getting some exercise. The staff are really friendly and I would highly recommend it to anyone.”

“Buzz our Cocker Spaniel loves going on his holidays to Jaycliffe. As soon as we pull up he's really excited and loves the girls. We can keep an eye on him whilst we are on holiday via Facebook which is lovely. When we pick him up he's often had a free bath as he's a real muck pup. Buzz is really sociable so loves to play with the other dogs. I really feel he's happy there.”

“My dogs have been going to Jaycliffe for both Boarding and Grooming since 2011. I'm extremely happy with the care that they receive. One dog always has her special diet catered for and the other one had his daily medication without any problems.”

“Max, my Labrador X loves going there, it's me that gets upset at leaving him, the staff looks after & cares for max as if he was one of their own, & gives him that extra time & attention he needs, as Max is totally blind. Can't fault this place, not one little bit.”

“I have been using Jaycliffe for all my pets over the years. My current dog Ruby who is a border terrier goes in quite happily and more importantly comes out happy, well fed and sometimes even groomed if I can get her booked in !”

“Riley has stopped here for the past 3 year's. The first time he stayed staff showed us round first which was nice. The kennels are a nice size and with the play pens we know he's getting exercise and having fun on his holiday! I would definitely recommend.”

“Our dog jess always enjoys her stay, we were nervous how she would settle as she came from a rescue centre, but the staff are brilliant with her, although she might sulk a little when we leave her she soon gets enough attention to forget us till we collect her. Staff are friendly & accommodating”

“Jaycliffe without a doubt has employed some of the most amazing selfless people I have ever met, we went into Jaycliffe with two dogs and unfortunately came home with one as our dog sadly passed away several days in while we were on holiday abroad, the members off staff kept us up to date on his progress when he wasn't looking so good but was still trying they sat with him and cooked him meals that he would be able to eat (sausages) and fed it too him on a fork when he was too weak to eat, they ensure our other dog didn't feel excluded and lonely as she had never lived without our other dog, they made sure he slept comfortably as his hips were really bad and he struggled to walk, our other dog is really active and to make sure our dog that was struggling felt included they even moved his bed outside so he could sit in the sun, he passed away in his sleep while he was there and I am so externally greatful for their support and actions during that time they went above and beyond for us, updating us on his progress and supplying us with the last photos we took of him, making sure he was comfortable, they took him to the vet to be checked over several times so they could make sure he was okay and when the time came and he passed away they informed us straight away and arranged everything for us so we didn't have too, when we came to collect our other dog it was a very tough time but they selflessly didn't charge us for any of the time he was there, I cannot thank jaycliffe enough for what they did for us and I will be eternally greatful for their kind actions, they went above and beyond, thank you.”

“Hi my dog bo has been to Jaycliffe and has loved it ,thay put pictures on fb for you it's like a home from home . Had to leave bo at sort notice as my dad was in hospital and it was no problem for the staff there great”

“No matter where in the world you may go Jaycliffe will post pictures on their Facebook page of your dog playing happily, we were on a beach in Jamaica last year & looking at pics of our Jess chasing a ball , gave us peace of mind to see her happy ????”

“I've been to visit it first time today to see what it's like so my dog can go here and I was impressed with everything. The staff went out their way to show me everything and explained everything I needed to know and I'm very happy with everything. I think my dog will be happy here in August for 10 days. I know he will be in safe hands.”
