Honestly I couldn't be more pleased with the help and support the team at Jarvis have offered me! They have done their utmost to keep me informed what is happening with my case and always been more than helpful. This has been a huge weight lifted off my mind!

I was quite disappointed with JARVIS. I experienced many issues using their "helpful" tools because their service is unreliable. Their website was informative and promised fast BTC transactions. The reality was extremely different, I soon discovered. Lack of transparency was the first issue. They charge a lot to speed up BTC transactions. However, they don't explain how this mechanism works, which is concerning. Despite indicating accelerated, my BTC was stalled for a while. No processing acceleration or transaction prioritization was seen as promised. Their customer service is almost nonexistent. I repeatedly asked about my purchase, but they never responded. Unresponsive companies show a lack of professionalism and regard for their clients. JARVIS appears to be a hoax. They broke their commitments and caused me frustration and cost. If not "Evidentltd.com",, that intervened and helped me recoup my funds from IFS, I would have lost everything.

One of the worst traders is this Mrket. When we eventually run out of free margin, they will keep pressuring you to give more to prevent that, which means you will lose everything. They will also keep pressing you to invest money and profit. I had the good fortune to talk about it with my coworker, who pointed me in the direction of "Conceptstrd," who helped me retrieve all of my money and profits from the fraudulent website!

I entered an IVA with Jarvis (now https://debtmovement.co.uk/) and at first, I thought they were okay. This was a month or so before the pandemic then 10 months into my IVA my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. At first, she went onto sick pay which was roughly a quarter of her normal wage. I called Jarvis and they said that I could take a payment break (you get 10 in an IVA spread over the five years you are paying back the monies). I was stunned, it was although they thought a one-month payment break would do then my wife would recover. I explained that she would be having a couple of operations and then chemo and radiotherapy so this was going to be around 12 months with recovery on top. I got no support or compassion at all, I had to beg for payment breaks considering our payment was around £500 a month and it was paying the bills or paying the IVA. We struggled for months paying what we could and ended up using all 10 payment breaks. Not any advice on reducing the amount we pay in any of the yearly reviews. The call centre is a joke, tried to call today and get cut off without speaking to anyone and the email support is worse not replying for days. I spoke to another Insolvency practitioner and they said it was disgusting that there has been no help due to my wife's illness. I will probably move my IVA to another company soon, but what makes me sick is that the payments that i have made will go straight to Jarvis and I've lost all other monies I've put into the IVA. Don;t use them!!!!

Debt Movement have to be the most ignorant, none caring, idle company I have ever come across in my opinion and they shouldn't be allowed to handle anyone's debt. My view is that they simply do not care about you and will never be held to task due to the ombudsman being completely useless. Multiple emails completely ignored, information not given, procrastinating customer service personnel are my experiences with this joke of a company. No point in phoning them because they refuse to give you any kind of commitment in terms of simple information. They say they should deal with emails within 5 working days. Forget that, I've waited over 5 months for replies to several emails. My very strong advice is to find another practitioner, one who does what they say they'll do and one who actually cares. I would definitely NOT go with Debt Movement! If there was a minus star option, I would have chosen that!

Terrible customer service experience it's non existent and very unprofessional. Shockingly bad I am really amazed how this company can actually get away with this. Stress levels through the roof over the treatment of this company. Ridiculous

Absolutely awful! Now known as Debt Movement, this company have treated me very poorly over the past 6 years. I have explained how the IVA I entered into was under duress from an abusive ex who has now disappeared and left me to pay his debt for the past 3 years. They do not care, won't do anything about it even though most the debts are in his name, would rather let my ex continue his abuse of me than actually be helpful and let an innocent person pay off their abusers debt. Customer service is awful, constantly being called and harrased because non of their agents can be bothered to read the notes on file. Customer service has always been terrible but even worse now they've changed to debt movement. Avoid at all costs! There are plenty of other company's that can help you and will actually help instead of trying to rob you and belittling you for years.

Don't even want to give them 1 star as I don't think they deserve it, I suffer with severe, complex mental health issues which they are fully aware of, after trying to contact them on many occasions via phone and email I haven't been able to actually speak to anyone, I am on the phone to them as I write this review and have been on hold for 1hr 28 mins so far... absolutely ridiculous, it's shocking that they are allowed to still trade as a business, I've cancelled all payments to them but they somehow have taken £50 from my account this morning.. Not impressed at all, now all my debts are hanging over my head again and I'm very stressed out by it all, don't know what to do so turning to citizens advice, aswell as making ab official complaint to the financial ombudsman!! STEER WELL CLEAR!!!!!!

Avoid! I tried to pay my IVA off last December after I was told I owed certain amount. Paid it to then be told the creditors wouldn't accept it and I would be refunded the amount I paid, never happened. Now been told after 2 months of waiting that I owe a further 7k, when I was never in debt by this much. Contradict everything they say. Liers and thieves. Creditors have advised they haven't received payment since I sent certain amount. Always a different person dealing with case and seem to have no idea what is going on. Company will just add stress.

I started with Aperture and I found there service very person centred. Since changing to Jarvis I am so fed up of their lack of person centred service, I am waiting for a re review to complete but they ask me for documents I have already submitted onto docslink, I am getting texts to say ring them urgently but when I do the person I speak to simply dosent have a clue about my case and seems to follow some scripted jargon. I send emails asking for specific questions answered, wait days and days for someone to reply back and when they do my questions have been unanswered. I have no trust or faith anymore, the people I have spoken to on the phone cannot speak fluent English, it’s like ringing a call centre somewhere on the other side of the world. I feel like I am paying my money but I have no idea how they are managing this. I keep all my emails for evidence and am currently identifying how I take them to a regulator or ombudsman

With aperture I knew were I was as I could log on to there portal and I could check what I have paid and how my iva is doing. Since Jarvis took over you cant book on to the portal you can only make an online payment. They use a company called debt movement to take the online payment. I keep getting automated phone calls telling me I need to talk to them urgently. I ignore them now as I know I'm upto date with my payments so they is no need to talk to them especially as I cant check on there portal to see what's happening. Jarvis are so muddled and unprofessional.

Dodgy , please avoid and stop any payments coming from your account. These punch of liars all they do take money from your account. Without even know how much you paid in . And why would they swing customer from IVA to another 🤔.

Since changing their name to Debt Movement UK, there has been a dramatic drop off in customer service. There's no online portal for the account and emails go unanswered and unacknowledged. They've also taken two payments in the same calendar month, but I can't get a hold of anyone to talk about it. It's just dire.

I wanted to pay off what I owe which is less than £2.500, to be told I can't I have to provide proof of where I got the money from as my partner gave it to me, could take 3 months 😭. Not impressed at all

No client portal so cannot keep a track of where I am in terms of completion of my IVA. Now they have changed names to debt movement uk ltd after taking over from Aperture. Doesn't fill me with confidence

Probably the least client-friendly IVA provider in existence. Cannot get in touch with them either via email or phone, because they are constantly experiencing "technical problems". Cannot see the progress of my IVA like I used to be with Aperture (I.e how much I've currently paid, next payment date, next review date, etc) Tried to upload the relevant documents for my annual review, but the upload link doesn't work, so I sent them via email attachment, never had a reply until several weeks later when they emailed me to tell me that my review is overdue which could result in a breach Tried to call today, after several minutes listening to an automated message telling me my IVA has been transferred to Jarvis before finally being told that no one is available to take my call. Tried there website: even the auto-response bot is offline. Sent them a message through the website: 100 character maximum to explain why you need to speak to them. If you need help, there are better providers available. I really cannot imagine how these guys have managed to achieve a 4.5* rating because they just seem utterly unprofessional to me, and judging by the top few reviews I've read, I am far from the only one

Given 1 star asno choice to give negative stars. Be cautious and be aware of thinking of using the Jarvis IVA. They are very quick to set up the IVA, obviously that's because to guarantee there revenue. Once the IVA is completed they drag the closure for months and months and seems like even possibly years. Poor service after on-boarded. I have paid the IVA as agreed and never missed a payment, but since making the final payment now awaiting for the closure certificate and all I hear from Jarvis is it's being worked on but no progress is made for months, already getting close to 6 months now, but not only issuing the closure certificate, for the details to get updated through credit agencies... etc, it'll further take least further 2 more months so I am looking at least 8 months since making the last payment. They are nice on the phones, but for a paid service the worst IVA customer service. Now lodged a complaint, which they say take 8 more weeks for resolution. TBH Jarvis Team is a bunch of bullshitters... After the complaint I will be going to make a complaint to FCA and PRA to look in to this poor service as a regulated service provider.
