“Ordered some Oak ‘Pigs Ear’ hand rails which was an easy process. They were well priced, arrived very quickly and were wrapped against an Armageddon. They are well made but if I had one minor criticism it would be that the glue joint is visible right on the top of the hand rail. Not a major issue as it’s a good tight joint and not obvious to the untrained eye. ,”

“The metal spindles and oak handrail ordered were delivered on the date requested and their condition was perfect. The finish on the oak handrail was such that I just needed to apply beeswax polish to give it the finish we wanted.”

“When EVRI lost my parcel I contacted Jackson Woodturners and recieved excellent customer care ftom Kim-Marie. My replacement parcel arrived well packed and on time. Interestingly their price was cheaper and in stock for the same item than Amazon.”
