“Product (Rowlinson Secure Store) is as described and seems good quality. The delivery time was discussed and agreed with me in good time and delivery was made as agreed. Putting the shed together was a level up from Ikea but should not be a problem for a reasonably organised person”

“Excellent, speedy service. The customer service lady was fantastic, very courteous and helped in getting my stock item delivered as quickly as possible from the supplier. A lovely letter sent afterwards and a small gift included. I will definitely use Jacks again and their customer service is amazing.”

“Joanna Hazelton saved the day. I purchased a Duramax 10 X 8 Woodbridge shed from Jacks Sheds in February but was only in a position to assemble it in June. I needed some replacement roof fixings to complete the assembly. The instructions said contact Duramax directly for replacement or damages parts. After many emails to Duramax over a week I had no response. However after speaking to Joanne on a Friday I received the replacement parts in the post the following Tuesday excellent customer service. The shed is good and was easy to assemble by two people. The only criticism I have is the plastic door handles and the manufacturers customer service.”

“We had to cancel our order with Jack's Garden Store through no fault of theirs. Their supplier could not guarantee despatch within our time limit. However the customer care from Jo was first class. She is courteous, friendly, cheerful and reliable so we are likely to return to the company at some future date.”

“I purchased a 400 gallon pool with liner and it was delivered very quickly as promised and left in the back garden as per instructions as both myself and the wife were at work. It was assembled in about 30 minutes by myself and my 11 year old daughter although she could have done it on her own if necessary. Very pleased with finished product and now awaiting arrival of fish after filling it from neighbours tap as mine is on a meter.”

“Excellent. Medium Herb Wheel arrived (surprisingly) next day, well packaged. Was straightforward to set up and already looks lovely in my garden with the herbs I have planted in it. One inner separator plank was slightly too long but was easy to shave a bit off the end.”
