“Lovely pond, 50 gallon, went up in 15 mins so easy to do. It looks great looking forward to frogs finding it! It arrived on time and well packed...thanks”

“The service I received ( from Jo) on the telephone was excellent. She was friendly and efficient. The item we ordered arrived far more quickly than estimated. We were kept informed regarding delivery etc., right up to and including the moment our, Grange Appleby Walkway Pressure Treated Green, arrived. Thank you very much.”

“WE ORDERED AN ARBOUR - VERY SATISFIED WITH THE END RESULT [OUR RELATIVES KINDLY PUT IT TOGETHER FOR US] WE ARE OAP'S AND WE ARE NOT QUITE SO ABLE BODIED AS OUR BRAIN THINKS THAT WE ARE - BUT ENJOYING THE END RESULT AND IT IS SO PURRRFECT AND ALSO A GOOD DESIGN.”

“We opted for twin skin fully insulated Shetland 2 cabin. After using it for a couple or weeks we are really happy with it. Even with very cold minus temperatures we have just one small electric heater on low and the cabin is hot. The installers recommended by Jacks were brilliant and stayed late to finish the build in one day. Everything was just right except for one item. We were charged £1,100 for floor and roof insulation and bought it as time was tight and we did not know what it included. We feel ripped off by this as we could have bought it separately for just £250.”

“The service from Jacks garden store was absolutely superb. I bought an orangery/greenhouse after looking at numerous sites and this was by far the best. I was not charged carriage to Northern Ireland and other sites were going to charge various amounts, the largest being £204. Special thanks to Jo who went out of her way to help and I was kept informed regarding delivery.”
