“Very happy with my purchases. Bought a garden bench and cushion. Good, professional and friendly communication regarding manufacturers delay of my purchases and subsequent delivery dates. I was given the option of a refund or to wait for my purchase to be available. I will not hesitate to use Jacks Garden Store again.”

“A very personal service when dealing with them online. Other companies could learn a lot from them. Made an order, got personal updates from one of the team, and they showed they were very keen to ensure that we were happy with their service, the courier delivery and the product we bought. “I ordered a garden table and four chairs from Jacks Garden Store. The table arrived but the chairs were mislaid by the courier. However, Jo did a marvellous job of chasing the missing chairs, and kept me updated all the time - I take my hat off to her.”

“Great customer service, had a little problem but everything was sorted by Jo. Jo is a credit to the company she goes out of her way to help you, nothing is a problem for her. Should be more people like Jo so helpful and kind. I will order again from Jack's Garden Store and will recommend friends and family. Keep up the good work.”

“Found Jacks Garden Store online, saw they had the products I wanted and called Jo - she was so helpful and provided all the information I needed. Once ordered, Jo was in regular contact and I was kept informed of when delivery would take place. SO happy with our garden furniture and the excellent service received. Would thoroughly recommend - a 5* service 😀”

“5 star treatment from start to finish. Always a bit nervous buying something unseen online but Jo is brilliant. Needn't have been worried at all. From ordering to enjoying it in less than a week. What more can you ask for. I thoroughly recommend this company and only wish that I lived closer so I could visit in person to thank them. Buy from Jack's garden store. You won't be disappointed.”

“This is an excellent company which makes a lot of effort to advise and help the customer. Once available, my order arrived promptly and Jo even e- mailed after delivery to see if I was happy with everything. I don’t think that you could get better service than from Jacks Garden Store therefore I have no hesitation in recommending them unreservedly and would most certainly order from them in the future.
