“If I could rate this company a zero... I would. This is the worse online retailer I’ve ever come across!
I ordered a ‘Christmas jumper’ or what I thought to be a Christmas jumper about a month ago. Upon arrival, i opened it up and it looked nothing like it did online!! The material was polyester for one, when it clearly stated that it was a jumper dress... false advertisement! Spending £20 on an item that is nothing like pictured is upsetting. Especially just before Christmas...
There was no invoice included with the product either which is another downfall. So I had to message them over FB and didn’t get a response straight away. Once I did, they wasn’t much help! Very blunt, disgusting attitude and quite frankly.. appalling customer service!
They told me that if I want to return it I must pay the shipping fee which cost me £10 might I add! But what they failed to mention to me is that they wouldn’t be refunding the original shipping!
So once getting my refund, I notice that it was only for £13 instead of the full £20 that I paid!
When I questioned this... I’ve never experienced such awful customer service!
They were very rude and blunt and told me the shipping fee is not included. They failed to mention this to me before I paid £10 to return the cheap nasty product, otherwise I wouldn’t have bothered! So in actual fact.. I got £3 back from a £20 dress.
Apparently there is nothing they can do so.. that is the first and last time that I shall be using IVRose. I wish I had checked the reviews before making a purchase! To anyone reading this... DO NOT shop with this false advertising, cheap and nasty company!”
“I have paid for expedited delivery. They sent me a parcel via standard post and refused to refund the cost of fast shipping. Also didn’t contact me about this problem in advance. Told me that the items were returned to them by DHL company due to damaged in transport before and failed to provide the DHL tracking code of aforementioned parcel.”

“The quality of clothes was appallingly bad. Cheap and nasty. Your team made it incredibly difficult to obtain a refund . My entire order in the end made its last days still in packing at the local clothes recycle centre.

Managed to get PayPal buyers protection to help me get a full refund, but still had to pay return costs, so not pleased at all. "Testemonials" they keep on their site is fake, it is not possible to leave a rating on their site... Stay away from this webshop!”

“SMH where do I begin... The only good thing was that shipping did not take as long as others, and that is the ONLY reason I am giving them 1 star. Everything else was a joke. Items definitely come from China. The sizes are a joke. The size charts on the website are extremely inaccurate. IVRose's size XL fits a U.S. size 8 - no joke. The quality of the clothes is a bigger joke. The website makes the clothing look nice and of decent quality, but in reality the shirts/sweaters are paper thin and pants are thin plastic (yes, I said plastic). I have bought children's Halloween costumes that were made with thicker materials. This company should be ashamed of themselves! Do yourself a favor and shop at legitimate retailers. At least you will get decent quality for your $$.”

“They need to let customers know to expect up to a 2 month wait to receive their items. They offer very little support in tracking other than the standard "Don't worry. Your items will be delivered" but they give no anticipated date, nor where your items are.”
“I ordered my shoes on May 29th, I finally received my package today July 24th. I don't think the issue is IVROSE, I think it's the shipping partner after the items clear customs. If you don't keep in them about your stuff, it'll take way longer than it's supposed to, and this pandemic is also a factor. They look exactly like the picture online and they fit, I'm super excited and can't wait to wear them”
