“I have had an IT suitcase, with the minimals pattern on it, for more than 25 years and have never had a problem. Infact it's still going strong. I only bought a new one, as I wanted one slightly smaller.”

“Was sent the wrong size luggage and not offered any resolution so had to return for refund which I have been waiting for over a week and nothing refunded yet. Can't call anyone and responses are delayed. Overall absolute rubbish service and this was the first and will be the last time I purchase from here.”

Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you received the incorrect item. I have had a little look into this for you and can see that unfortunately, we would not have been able to re-deliver the cases in the time frame desired and therefore, a full refund was offered and accepted. Your collection was scheduled to take place on 09/04 and on the basis that this was completed successfully, you can expect to receive your refund within 10 days from this point, therefore, your refund should be processed by 19/04 - you will be notified once this has occurred. We do operate exclusively via email and I can see that we have not received any further emails from yourself since the collection, however, if you do require any further assistance at all please do not hesitate to get back in touch with our customer service team. “Bought a replacement suitcase for an IT case I had owned for many years before airport ground crew ripped the handle off. Easy to search and buy online, the item arrived within 4 days well packaged. Yet to use but the luggage is high quality with lots of clever features to help with packing. Very happy with my purchase and looking forward to getting as much use out of my new case as the old one.”
