“Segway received with something rattling around inside it, so i spoke to the company and they said they would be arranging a courier company to collect it the next day. Upon waiting in all day, no one come to collect and it was the same the next day. After many emails i eventually rang the customer services who put the phone down on me when they didnt like what i told them how i felt about their company!.....i have since asked for a refund, but im not expecting this to happen!.....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.....STEER CLEAR!”
