“paid £120 for a rug that when it arrived lookes nothing like the website. Cheap and ugly. Have to return tp either switzerland or usa and have to pay the cost. Wish i had seen reviews before purchasing. Absolute scam”

“Rug quality is abysmal and refund policy is non existing. Asking to pay 45 gbp to return a rug lower valued than the shipping charges! Don’t bother. I should have read the reviews before buying. Thankfully not a big loss.”

“Reporting these people to trading standards. They offer a paltry amount as a refund when you want to return an item. This is abuse and fraudulent in intent. Do no purchase anything from this company.”

“Irugs is a US based company so even though on their website you will pay in SGD they convert to USD without informing the customer. No where on their website do they state this..beware.”

“Rub bought for £209 and not what was expected. £82 shipping fee to return it to SWITZERLAND. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS”

“I ordered 4 rugs in total from this company and paid over £300 . I am absolutely fuming with PayPal at this moment to be honest as I didn’t get the two big rugs I ordered and this company claimed my rugs had been delivered .. they must have known they hadn’t if checked address of delivery, but why didn’t PayPal request evidence that these rugs were delivered to my address and why do they not check damming reviews of companies like this? I have lost over £200 from this company and I could say I actually lost all my money , if I am to include the cheap and shoddy quality of the two that I actually did receive, they were not fit for a dog crate! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! AND I WILL BE SWITCHING TO APPLE PAY !”

“Ordered a ‘washable’ rug. Clearly not possible to fold and fit in washing machine. Emailed 4 times for returns form to return and get refund. Replies asking for photographs, then sent washing instructions, then An offer of £55 refund (I paid £289) for a poor quality, non washable rug. Still no returns from. Now taking up with my Credit Card company to get money back as only silly responses from this company.”

“I have bought two very large rugs from this company and once the creases had dropped out have been delighted. They have lasted well and colours were just as advertised. So surprised to read the negative reviews. Am wondering if the company has been taken over? I am now about to order some more as have moved house.”

“Bought rug which cost £250.00. Have had it for a few weeks and opened it yesterday. Quality is rubbish, nowhere near worth the money. In a shop I would quickly have disregarded it. I am a pensioner and would not be able to return as it would be too stressful but will never look at your website again”

“Purchased a 185x183cm rug,a 185x185cm rug arrived,8 inches too wide,no offer off the company to send correct size and pick up wrong one,only stated I would have to send back at my own cost,or accept a near 50% refund and keep the rug,I will never,ever deal with this company again,hope customers think twice before dealing with this company!”

“Items delivered looked nothing like those advertised. Really poor quality. Easy returns are to pay £136 to return two rugs which cost £139 each ---to Switzerland. Do not use under any circumstances -not a UK Company but based in US. Avoid at all costs”

“I wish I had read all these reviews before I bought my rug for £219. Within months my vibrant coloured rug faded so badly, it now looks dull and lifeless and only fit for the bin. Company doesn’t want to know, they state ‘colourfast’ so they are in the wrong. Also I thought they were based in the UK, another lie. Don’t buy from this company, you’d be better off buying cheap from Homebase or B & Q”

“The rug arrived in good time but was very inferior for the price so I asked to return it, this is where it gets difficult you can only return to Switzerland or US at your own cost. I was quoted £79 by the company so I arranged postage myself at £34. If I had known this I never would have used this company, I have ordered many rugs from Wayfair at much better quality and prices and confident I could return if needed. Please be warned that this company is not a good one in my opinion.”
