“Lovely experience at the IOW Pearl.
I visit every year .. I had a broken pearl bracelet that I got from there the ladies sorted it out for repair and I have received it back to me on mainland all free of charge even postage . Got another pair of earrings while visiting the lady who served me was so helpful and lovely .
Would recommend anyone who is visiting IOW go and have a look at the lovely jewelry in this shop and there is a cafe so you can look at the wonderful views .”
“Really enjoyed our visit. Superb location. Looked round, got a feel for the place, liked some earrings, had a great lunch staring out at the sea, went back in, returned to the earrings but wondered if they were a bit small; the assistant was great, not pushy, we upped the size, added an extra pearl - they had been a string of 3 pearls, chose the colours, so subtle. Lovely experience. Can’t wait to be given them for my birthday next month. And to return for perhaps a necklace.”
“We visit the island every year for a holiday and to visit family ,every year I promise myself a visit to the pearl centre and after years I finally made it this year.it truly is a lovely place and the Pearl's were beautiful .My dear husband told me to choose a necklace and he would purchase it for me .I found the one for me and a very nice assistant helped us and this is when I was truly disappointed she advised us that there was only one size of chain which was 16 to 18 inch .I asked her if this was the same for all the necklaces and her reply was yes .she said if I really liked the pendant then perhaps I could purchase a chain elsewhere .I asked if I could just purchase the pendant without the chain and she said no .surely I am not the only person that needs a longer chain .I was so disappointed. We would have paid extra for a longer chain ,instead I walked away with nothing and you lost a £95 sale .I wonder how many others you have lost .S Hazell .Swindon Wiltshire”
