“I would recommend the course to anyone whose job touches on health and safety. Firstly, the course material itself was well laid out and easy to follow. I will be keeping the course booklet as a reference. Secondly, the setting of the course was relaxed and conducive to learning without any pressure or stress. Finally and most importantly the course was delivered in an excellent way. Martin was very approachable and set everyone at ease. He encouraged plenty of participation. It was clear that all had benefited from the course as all were confident after having completed the test. The overall feeling on completing the test was that it was an enjoyable experience and not at all like the training sessions most dread. I enjoyed it to such an extent that I wouldn’t have minded an extra day or two away from work!”
