“Came across IOLLA in the St James Shopping Centre on a weekend visit to Edinburgh. The glasses on display looked much more interesting than the usual mainstream offering and the helpfulness of staff really stood out. I have seen great designs when travelling in Europe but the UK tends towards a plain or 'safe' style of glasses which limits choice in my opinion. IOLLA reminded me of European opticians with great designs at very good prices. I had no real intention of buying glasses on my trip to Edinburgh but was so impressed I ordered a new pair with the optional clip-on sunglasses which look great and are very practical. After uploading my latest prescription to the IOLLA website my order arrived in the promised two weeks and they are absolutely perfect. After opting for the best available lenses my new specs worked out at over 40% cheaper than my local optician prices in Newcastle. I am definitely planning a second pair from IOLLA on my next visit to Edinburgh or Glasgow. I only wish they had a branch in Newcastle or the Metrocentre. Overall, lovely designs, fantastic and super-helpful staff and excellent prices make IOLLA highly recommended from my experience.”

“Iolla’s glasses are hands down the best quality glasses I have ever had. I literally tell everyone about them as they are amazing. I recently had an eye test and had my Iolla glasses on and even the optometrist admired them and asked where they were from!”

“Amazing service as always! I live in Spain and submit my Spanish prescription and never had any issues having them fulfilled, the ladies in customer service have been as helpful as ever and my new specs are gorgeous and I’m getting asked where i got them from all the time! Thank you Iolla team!!”

“Iolla was a new experience for me , really pleasant staff who were very knowledgeable and made me feel quite relaxed .There was no sales pressure, which is why I chose my glasses at Iolla rather than my local opticians Love the glasses I chose, good price and ready in 2 weeks.”

“I had a fantastic experience in store. Fraser helped me choose my new glasses, and they were ready to pick up just over a week later. All the staff were very helpful when I went in to collect them. I had the arms adjusted slightly and I am very happy with my glasses. So much so, my daughter has just ordered hers from IOLLA too!”

“I visited the Edinburgh store from Aberdeen. Quick easy process with a brilliant choice of frames. I got sunglasses and glasses. Deliver a week later to my address. Assistant was very helpfull and friendly.”

“Been in a few times to check out the glasses, went in again on my birthday to finally commit to a pair. Every time I visited the team were so attentive and I love all the styles and set out of the store (I also work in retail so can appreciate a good store layout when I see one). Nat was amazing and so helpful! My dad especially liked it as he was offered tea which he enjoyed. The same as when I went to pick up my glasses - super nice and friendly. The experience was easy and friendly from start to finish; I couldn’t recommend it enough.”
