“I was less than a week from my holidays when my eye doctor said I needed new glasses. I’d visited Iolla and knew the styles I liked so I ordered, and paid an express charge and had my glasses in three days. I can’t imagine my holiday without them! Frames are durable and well-fitting. I’ve been thousands of miles in them and can’t wait to get another pair. Prescription was spot on and has made my road trip a delight. The cases are convenient and the cleaning clothes are wonderful in 45 degree heat. Thank you!”

“So easy to find what I liked on line (the virtual try-on software was fun to use) and your St James Quarter store is beautifully laid out. Your service was quick and efficient and both pairs of glasses arrived before the time quoted. Perfect fit and so comfortable to wear I forget I have them on. Thanks for such a great service.”

“IOLLA was recommended to me by a couple of folks from our local bookclub. Both my wife and I have in the last month, ordered new reading glasses. We's both, on separate orders, had very good experiences with IOLLA and the recommendation was a really good one. Easy order instructions, not too long a delivery timeframe and the quality of the glasses, frame and excellent 'toblerone' case were all outstanding. “Such an amazing and simple process, walked in, chose my frames, measurements done, out and on my way within 20 minutes. Delivered to my home address 10 days later, I always get a new pair when I visit Glasgow.”

“I have been using IOLLA since they first opened their shop and I cannot fault the service they provide. The frames are quirky, but everybody will be able to find the right frame for them. The products are well priced and the delivery is spot on. The staff in the stores are always friendly and accommodating and make you feel welcome and comfortable. They are honest if you ask them for their opinion on the frames. I also love the little secret library bookshelf they have in most of their stores. I cannot wait to buy more. The only fault I would point out, in my opinion, are the cases that the frames arrive in. I love that they fold flat, but the magnet isn’t well placed to secure the case when the glasses are within.”

“I was really impressed with my first IOLLA order. I went into the shop in Edinburgh to order, and the staff were really knowledgeable. I have prism in my prescription, so can sometimes be hard to find frames that accommodate the thickness of my lenses, but the staff were easily able to help me choose a frame style that I liked, as well as would be appropriate for my lenses. The glasses are lovely, I’m really impressed with the quality of vision out of them (just as good as big brands like boots or specsavers), the lenses are really thin (thinner than other glasses from big brands that I’ve paid extra money for thinning), and such great value for money! I will definitely be getting glasses from IOLLA again!”
