“No end of problems with Invictus Communications. They have failed to respond despite promising to do so, to a raft of problems including inaccurate billing and one of our businesses being left without phone or internet for over a week. It’s not the deal they promised either. Jonny Mchpee tells a good story, but customer care once they have signed you up is appalling. We deeply regret ever getting involved and are referring them to offcom.”

“We have found the solution to be fit for purpose and cost effective that Invictus arranged following consultation and a review. We have enjoyed excellent customer services and support given with great care to ensure that we are satisfied and happy with our telephone system. We would recommend Invictus for telephone systems to small, medium and large businesses.”

“PMW Property have been extremely impressed with the service offered by Johnny and the team at Invictus Communications so far. Nothing is ever to much trouble and if there is any problems they always get resolved. We would highly recommend and look forward to working with them in the future.”

“Invictus Comms have just installed our new telephony system, they were very helpful from initial discussion to installation. Martin their engineer took the time after installation to then train us all in the use of the new equipment. A great company to work with. Quick, efficient and competitively priced.”
