Dear Finlay - your parcel was indeed delivered the next day. The Courier tracking said that it was Delivered, signed for by CODELL, on 08 Apr 2016 at 13:27. Please can you confirm if you have your parcel. Many thanks, Customer Services

“Couldn't ask for anything more with ordering process, easy & good email updates confirming dispatch & tracking number. On product description page (http://www.tonyprycesports.co.uk/mens-c1/accessories-c18/sports-equipment-c4/sports-accessories-c21/xl-400-badminton-shuttlecocks-6-pack-yellow-p22455) I would be more reassured if the shuttle speed (i.e. fast) was also confirmed in the section that states Size, Colour & Quantity. Although it stated "Fast paced for experienced players" in product description and the shuttle in the photo had a red band I wasn't 100% sure I was definitely ordering red/fast shuttles. Putting the speed as an option in the box I mentioned would remove all doubt.”

“Order three sets of track spikes and they arrived within the agreed time. Good quality and price although postage a bit pricey as came by delivery driving, might be cheaper to use Royal mail to keep price down?? Otherwise no complaints.”

“The Junior Tennis Racket was ordered for click and collect. When my wife went to the Exeter store to collect a staff member came from the stock room with a box at least 4 times the size of the item. My wife asked if the staff could take it to of the box. She was told due to company rules she would have to do it herself. So she had to struggle with packing tape galore at the counter whilst trying to keep an eye on our young daughter. Once unpacked the racket was fine. Tony Price was let down by it's ridiculous packaging and apparent policy of not helping customers unpack items in the store. One female member of staff was particularly unhelpful at the same time two male assistants appeared uncomfortable and perhaps would have helped if allowed.”

“Good range of stock and good prices, but a total lack of geographic knowledge. This country is called the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. so why advertise free delivery to the UK and then charge £12 to get a pair of football boots to Northern Ireland. Oh yeah, you can choose to collect in store. there are two Intersport shops in Belfast. but not according to the click and collect. because I selected Northern Ireland, click and collect isn't available so I had to pay for delivery rather than walk 200m in my lunch break. disappointing.”

I apologise for the incorrect wording on the site, we are now in the middle of rewording the site to avoid this confusion going forward. However, we are a partner of Intersport and not a direct Intersport store this is why click and collect is not available in Northern Ireland, all of our stores are based in the South and South West of England.
