“Unfortunately last time I wanted to buy compatible toners you were out of stock for a while and I was forced to buy from your biggest competitors. Both toners work equally well. I will need to reorder and will compare prices then.”

“delivery is quick and prices good but there is no provision for returning empty toner units. they are difficult to get rid of and I understand suppliers should accept returns.”

“Works fine, the only thing is the software that tells you how much ink is left doesn't work with these - but the saving is so much compared to original Epsom cartridges that I don't mind!”

“The company is very good and replies to queries quickly. Only trouble I have is that they have changed the cartridges slightly and they now don't register when they are getting low on ink.”
