Could not use the ink as quality was poor. Ended buying more ink from elsewhere which cost me even more.

The computer does not like the quality of ink. The inks cause the nozzles to clog.

Ink worked with the printer for a very short period of time. Printer then recognised them as non genuine and would not work. Replaced with real ink and no problems. Wouldn't use again.

Computer information that ink tank half full. Ink only lasted half as long as normal

I found printing with the non brand ink cartridges a real bind because the printer is designed to talk to its own pricey brand of cartridge. There are workarounds, but overall I want convenience. Low score has more to do with that than print quality. Pity. If you don't mind that aspect then the savings will be OK for you.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The Canon compatible inks are very good compatibles with very few issues. If you get an error message the reset just involves holding down a button for a few seconds and printing continues. The last two lots of ink I have had from you were ok except for the magenta which has given me problems on both occasions

I recently had 2 twin packs and 2 single black cartridges. the first of each stopped printing when half empty. The second would not be accepted by the printer despite following instructions several times. I had urgent work to print so had to buy another printer. I still have unused cartridges.

Well, seeing as you ask. I used Internet Ink for many years but then found that your web site did not recognise the password which you had given me and it was so annoying that I have gone elsewhere.

Your order was placed on the 10th of February and we shipped it on the 10th of February, so it was given priority. Once shipped we have no further control over the package, we are totally in the hands of Royal Mail. We do not offer a same day delivery service. For the second time I have purchased from this company, cartridges that do not work. See little point in using them again. Last purchase was 3 Dell series 10 refills. Only one worked and on installation showed only 25% of capacity. This time it was Epson refills, have had to use 2 reds, neither of which has worked

bought two different ink cartridges for two different epsom printer one model ink cartridge ok & another not ok shows run out of ink after only printing approx 5 pages. I emailed customer support who suggest doing various thing to the printer to resolve the issue but none worked. I was told by a subsequent email that a replacement would be send out & was told to retain the cartridges. then I had another email to say to say that the previous email was intended for another customer & i should return this fault cartridges to you at MY COST & they would be tested & if found faulty would reimburse the or replace the cartridges. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE as i waited for a replacement cartridges & then told that the email was not intended for me as it was for someone else besides it is not cost effective to return cartridge to you for me.

Good Afternoon, I am sorry to hear you feel customer service you have received is poor. Please note that you have been given a Freepost address, therefore returning the cartridges is question is not going to cost you anything other than your time. You've been asked to return your cartridges as it is extremely unusual for all 4 cartridges to show they are empty, therefore we would like to test them first prior to releasing any further replacements. This is clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions.

inks,especially the coloured ones,are just not a rich full colour.they are inferior to the original ones produced by Cannon.i will only be buying original inks from now on.

For the second time the cyan toner ran out after 1/2 a team of paper. A blue band at the top of the first page everything else gray scale. The last time this happened you told me it was 90% saturation - this is obviiusly not true. I can't be bothered to argue with you again ( you sent the wrong toner twice ( fits but not for my printer )) so I'm going to try a new supplier.

THE COMPATIBLE INKS i BOUGHT WOULD NOT WORK IN A EPSON 435 AS THEY CLAIMED AND WHEN I CONTACTED THEM ON THIS PROBLEM I WAS JUST FOBBED OFF WITH THE QUOTE THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE WORKED AND HAD I FITTED THEM PROPERLY. THE PROBLEM I HAVE SINCE FOUND IS THAT EPSON HAS MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO FIT COMPATIBLE INKS.

Thank you for your review. You were advised of the simple reset to try with these cartridges to get them working. The chips for the XP-435 have been updated recently to and should work in your printer. If you have accepted an update from Epson sometimes you may have trouble using the cartridges. As all our cartridges are guaranteed for 1 year from purchase, we would be pleased to help you out with a refund and upgrade to originals should you wish. 99% of the time the reset works with these cartridges as we test them before they are shipped. Please contact the customer support team, who would be happy to help.

The performance of those loaded so far has been very variable. The first Yellow stopped working while the reservoir was still almost full; the second Yellow did better but the reservoir was still one third full when it gave up. The first black worked until empty. The second black is working well and seems to have lasted a long time but when first opened it appeared to have been overfilled because ink spilt out and stained the carpet. The single Magenta loaded so far is is still working well. I have not yet loaded a Cyan cartridge.

Nothing, your stars input screen is not very stable. I was going to press each star until I got to 5 but it obviously doesn't work like that.
