I have been using Internet Ink for a huge number of years and have had pretty much no major issues. But............. This latest batch of ink appears to be a bit thin on colour. A bit translucent and lacking body. Even the black is a tad light. I will wait and see with the next batch, which wont be long away.

Dear Mr McCarthy, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are sorry to hear your Epson printer is no longer producing excellent quality prints with our compatible inks installed. Please be advised that these T1631-T1634 series cartridges are simply a plastic tank that holds the ink, they usually have no affect with regards to the printing quality which is determined by the print head situated inside your printer, therefore we believe that the print quality would improve if you ran of a few automated cleaning cycles through your printer software leaving 5-6hrs in between to allow time for the ink to migrate through the print head. If you are unsure how to perform automated cleaning on the Epson printer you have, please simply send us an email to support@internet-ink.co.uk quoting your order number 4853340 and the model number of your printer and we will happily provide the relevant instructions. Many thanks. Kind Regards, Joana on behalf of Internet-ink Team

Re: purchase of 4 x generic black printer carts and 3 x colour printer carts. I had to return the colour carts as two were faulty. Did not use the third one. Your response to this problem was good in that a refund was agreed over the phone and a freepost sticker issued same day for return of faulty carts.

The colour cartridge ink isn't printing. I have checked that I have installed it correctly, but don't understand why no colour is being printed.

ORDER HISTORY CLEARLY SHOWS PREVIOUS ORDERS FOR COMPATIBLE INKS SO WHY ALL THIS RUBBISH WITH HAVING TO ENTER PROMO DISCOUNT CODES? I DON'T KEEP EMAILS OR INVOICES FOREVER OR WANT TO WASTE TIME TRYING TO FIND THEM. IF YOU REALLY THINK IT IS WORTH OFFERING A DISCOUNT TO REPEAT CUSTOMERS THEN YOU NEED TO PULL YOUR FINGER OUT AND APPLY IT AUTOMATICALLY. THE HP COMPATIBLES DO WORK BUT THEY TEND TO DRY OUT QUICKLY. THE PRINTER DOESN'T MAKE IT EASY TO INSTALL OR SHOW INK LEVELS ACCURATELY, WHICH IS NOT SURPRISING GIVEN THE MONEY HP LOSE ON PEOPLE BUYING COMPATIBLES.

Dear Mr Curson, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and notify us of your experience, please accept my sincerest apologies for the issues that you have been experiencing with regards to our compatible HP 364 black ink cartridges which appear to leak upon removing the nozzle caps. While I can see that you have been using these particular cartridges for a number of years, I would like check if you follow the correct steps to open them: firstly, you need to remove the orange tear-off strip to expose the air vent to release the pressure from the cartridge and only then remove the plastic nozzle cap. Unfortunately if the nozzle cap is removed prior to exposing the breathing hole, this may cause for the cartridges to leak because of the pressure inside, as unlike HP cartridges our compatible inks are all filled to extra capacity. I would like to reassure you that at Internet-Ink, we take great pride in ensuring our customers' satisfaction and the cartridges that you purchased are very reliable, high quality cartridges therefore please do let us know if you find that the cartridges still leak even when the correct steps are followed to open them. Please do not hesitate to contact us either on 0871 288 4549 or send us an email to support@internet-ink.co.uk quoting your order number #4822877 and we will be more than happy to look into this further for you. Dear Mr Blakey, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and notify us of your experience. At Internet-Ink, we take great pride in ensuring our customers’ satisfaction and the cartridges that you had purchased are very reliable, high quality cartridges therefore it is very disappointing to hear that they did not last as long as expected. Having looked in to this further for you I can confirm that our compatible T0711-T0714 series cartridges hold 15ml black ink and there are 13.5ml of ink in each of the colours, offering a double capacity compared with genuine Epson cartridges. This has not changed since the cartridges were first introduced over 10 years ago. With the above being said, I would still really like to rectify your previous experience therefore please could I ask if you still have the cartridges that ran out prematurely and if so let us know if you can see/hear if there is any ink remaining inside the ink holder? Please could you also confirm how many copies have been printed with the cartridges in question installed and describe the nature of your prints (photographs, text documents, business graphics, ect), also confirm the print setting (draft/high quality) and finally let us know if you have performed any maintenance tasks such as print head cleaning with these cartridges installed. Please send us an email to support@internet-ink.co.uk quoting your order number 4830526 or contact us on 0871 288 4549 to discuss this further. As soon as the above information has been received, we will hopefully be able to assist you further and resolve the issues that you had experienced. Thank you. I would just like to add that having checked the system I note that you currently have over 5 different accounts registered with us, therefore would it be acceptable to you if we merged your accounts in to x1 account as this will then display your full and complete order history for you. If you would like us to complete this for you please simply send us an email to support@internet-ink.co.uk confirming this and the email address that wish to have registered and we will then ensure this is actioned as soon as possible. Dear Mr Rickard, Thank you for taking time to leave a review regarding your Internet-Ink purchase. It's reassuring to hear that you are happy with our prices and the service provided as we work very hard to keep our prices as low as possible and customer service always comes first here at Internet-ink. With that said, it is very disappointing to hear your printouts have faded and I would like to reassure you that we do print tests with all of the cartridges that we sell prior to dispatching them to our customers and with the test prints that we have, we haven’t experienced any fading. However, to ensure that you are getting the best possible outcome it is worth ensuring that the printer is set to ‘high quality’ rather than ‘draft’ when printing photographs and that you have selected the relevant paper type that you are printing on. The reason I mention this is, when printing on ‘high quality’ setting this will disperse more ink on to the paper and in turn this then reduces fading from occurring. With that being said, if you want the absolute best quality of print, you should always use Original manufacturer’s inks and paper. As I am sure that you are aware, the cost difference between original and compatible ink cartridges is quite significant and therefore if you wish to continue using compatible cartridges (and saving money) I would recommend considering using a print shield spray to protect your images which are being displayed in a direct sun light, as this will give you peace of mind that fading will not occur. Thank you once again for taking the time to leave your feedback and please do not hesitate to contact us again either by email support@internet-ink.co.uk or telephone 0871 288 4549 should you wish to discuss this further. Thank you. Kind Regards, Joana on behalf of Internet-Ink Team

Dear Mr Reed, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and notify us of your experience. At Internet-Ink, we take great pride in ensuring our customers' satisfaction and the cartridges that you had purchased are very reliable, high quality cartridges therefore it is very disappointing to hear they ran out sooner than expected. Having looked into this further I can confirm that these particular Epson 29XL series compatible ink cartridges are all filled to capacity, they hold 18ml of black ink and 15ml of coloured ink that should last for 750 black copies and approx. 1050 coloured copies when printing at 5% coverage which is industry standard used for comparison purposes. Naturally, higher page coverage would affect the bottom line accordingly. I would also like to mention that while ink is primarily used for printing documents and photographs, some ink is also used to main the health of your print heads and so checking the nozzles and running cleaning cycles will consume some of the ink available; please note that depending on the printer model you have it may initiate a cleaning cycle each time the printer is switched on, therefore it is advisable to keep an eye on your printer and see if leaving it on 'stand by' between the occasional prints may save you some ink. Finally, I would also advise to check your printer settings to see if you are printing in' draft' or 'high quality' mode. While the latter produces better quality output, it consumes more ink, therefore if you are printing standard documents and best quality is not required, 'draft' copy should be more than sufficient. With the above being said, all our cartridges are supplied with a 12 month warranty, therefore if the issue does persist, please contact us either on 0871 288 4549 or send us an email to support@internet-ink.co.uk quoting your order number 4815474 which will enable us to look into this further for you. I am very pleased with the Service from Internet Inks and for the money the inks themselves are acceptable for their main use which is printing documents on my Canon Printer, however when it comes to Photo printing the inks are completely useless, producing just a smeary mess, so I have stopped trying. Luckily I very rarely print photos but if I ever need to I will invest in the correct Canon cartridges.

Dear Mr Horne, Thank you for taking time to review our products. It's reassuring to hear that you are happy with our prices and the service provided as we work very hard to keep our prices as low as possible and customer service always comes first here at Internet-ink. With that said, it is very disappointing to hear your you are unable to use the cartridges purchased from us for printing photographs as you get ink smears on your prints. I believe that the issue described could have been caused by the paper that hadn't been inserted correctly in the paper tray (in most printers paper should be inserted with the print side facing down), or the correct paper type hadn't been selected on the print settings screen for the loaded paper, not allowing the printer to adjust accordingly for printing on photographic paper. Finally, I would also recommend to set a longer ink drying time when printing photos, this allows printed surface to dry preventing smudges and scratches. I hope that I have been able to provide you with all the information that you require to be able to start printing photos using our compatible Canon cartridges, however, please do not hesitate to contact us again either by email support@internet-ink.co.uk or telephone 0871 288 4549 should you wish to discuss this further. I have been a customer for many years and all my orders are sent with a code for 10% off my next order but this never works. I gather only some products are eligible for this discount but the web site does not make this clear nor does it indicate which products these are. I have been charged full price for the canon ink with no sign of the 10%. Clariy would help.

We have been ordering replacement compatible Brother TN241BK and TN245 3-colour cartridges from Internet-ink for some years now. It seems that a year or so ago they changed their suppliers and there has been a marked diminishment in cartridge quality. So, where as the previous cartridges would have scored 4 or 5 stars, I can only give the current ones 3 stars to acknowledge that they are just about acceptable, as we consistently find that they create faint lines and splodges of across printed documents when about 1/3 full. Unless things improve, we shall be seeking an alternative supplier, despite the good prices!

Dear Rev. Goddard, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and notify us of your recent experience, please accept my sincerest apologies for the issues that you had experienced with regards to our compatible Brother toner cartridges. Having investigated this further for you and using the information provided by yourself I can confirm that although the printer states you’ve used approximately 30% of the toner, the actual remaining toner life is not accurate unfortunately. As you are using non-genuine Brother cartridges. At the very beginning the toner gauge that shows approximate remaining toner level is based mostly on page counts, which can be inherently inaccurate, especially if your toner coverage is much more than the 5% anticipated (which is an industry standard) especially when printing in ‘high quality’. Also, printer memory errors do play a big part in this as well, therefore the estimated remaining toner life displayed on your printer is only a rough rule-of-thumb measurement. The actual page yields depend upon a variety of factors, such as page coverage, image types and print job sizes. While the confirmed page yield for these compatible colour cartridges is 2500 pages for the black and 2200 for each of the colours, this number would be reached only if you were printing at 5% page coverage. To give you a better idea of this coverage, I have provided an image which is attached to this message. Experiencing faded or streaking in print outs and inaccurate supply levels shown, are all indicating that the cartridges in question are ‘nearing to’ the end of their life span and unfortunately, this is a downside of using non-genuine supplies I am afraid. For your peace of mind: another way to check this would be by removing the cartridges from the printer and checking the coverage of the toner powder on the rollers. Please see the attached image, the left toner is a depleted cartridge that has been removed from the printer and the right toner is a new one that it is about to be installed. In light of the above, I would advise to very gently clean the toner cartridges’ rollers so that you can use the little bit of toner that is left and it may also be worth purchasing another set of cartridges as a back-up so that they can be installed when the print-outs received are faded/ and you decide it is time to install a new cartridge. I do think this may be a better option for you than purchasing a set of genuine Brother cartridges due to the cost difference between original and compatible cartridges, or changing the supplier all together as our compatible cartridges come with a great price tag, 12 months warranty and customer support advisors who are always more than happy to help! I hope that this has provided you with all of the information that you require regarding the cartridges that you are using, but please don’t hesitate to get back in touch if I can be of any further assistance to you. Thank you. Kind regards, Joana S.

Dear Mr Edgar, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and notify us of your experience, please accept my sincerest apologies for the issues that you have been experiencing with regards to our compatible HP 920 ink cartridges. At Internet-Ink, we take great pride in ensuring our customer’s satisfaction and the cartridges that you had purchased are very reliable, high quality cartridges therefore it is very disappointing to hear of their intermittent performance. Having looked in to this further for you I can confirm these cartridges are simply a plastic tank that holds the ink. They have no affect with regards to the printing quality which is determined by the print head situated inside your printer, therefore if the printer is regularly used for printing text documents that require black ink only, the coloured nozzles are more likely to start to clog up due to lack of use. Therefore we recommend to print a coloured test page at least once a week in order to keep the ink flowing, this will prevent the ink from drying up and ensure consistent print quality. With the above being said, all our cartridges are supplied with a 12 month warranty, therefore if the issue does persist even though all colours are being used regularly, then please contact us either on 0871 288 4549 or send us an email to support@internet-ink.co.uk quoting your order number 4797186. Dear Mr Hughes, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. While we completely understand your disappointment in regards to being unable to purchase your single original cartridges from us, I can confirm that unfortunately due to a number of big price increases from the original printer manufacturers we are currently reviewing the viability of stocking original ink cartridges, therefore for the past couple of weeks these particular cartridges were available to purchase only in multipacks of a black and tri-colour ink cartridges as we feel that these packs represented the best value for money to our customers. I have since raised your concerns regarding the lack of listings for the OEM cartridges that you require and have been reassured that all of the present options have now been updated in regards to your printer model, including listings for individual cartridges as we have seen a lot of interest for these particular cartridges despite the rising prices. Furthermore, I am delighted to inform you that we have received an update from our supplier to inform us that a new stock of compatible cartridges with revised microchips is expected around March 6th meaning that in just a couple of weeks' time we will be able to provide working stock of remanufactured cartridges for your printer, therefore we sincerely hope that you will re-consider coming back to us next time you require more ink cartridges for your DeskJet printer as I am sure we will able to save you money on your next ink purchase. I hope that I have been able to provide you with all of the information that you require but if I can be of any further assistance to you, please don’t hesitate to get back in touch. Dear Mr Newberry, Thank you for taking time to leave a review regarding your Internet-Ink purchase. We are so sorry to hear that your first experience of using our remanufactured Canon ink cartridges has been so disappointing! We are eager to reassure you that we are a reputable business with a good reputation, on which we take great pride. I have looked in to your query regarding the concerns you have expressed about the remanufactured cartridges that you have received and I can confirm that the reason that the ink levels are displaying as ‘no ink’ on your printer is due to it being a previously used cartridge that has been re-filled and the suppliers being unable to reset the contacts, however if you simply close the ‘no ink’ warning message box and hold down the reset button on your printer (an upside-down triangle in a circle) for around 15-30 seconds / until your printer begins to react (until the amber light stops flashing or the printer starts to make a noise), then release the button and wait for the printer to finish the reset, it will then ignore the ink level warning and continue to print as normal. Please be advised that the low ink warning may still be displayed but the printer should now allow you to carry on printing with the cartridge as expected. The above reset instructions are always supplied with the remanufactured Canon cartridges to ensure all our customers are fully aware of the reset procedure, therefore we suspect that you may have inadvertently disposed of the informational leaflet before familiarising yourself with the reset procedure. I would just like to add that the technical update email you have received from us recently concerns all compatible ink cartridges that we supplied fully-chipped (these cartridges are made from scratch just like the HP 364 cartridges you used to purchase from us for your now defunct printer), while unfortunately ink levels on certain remanufactured (re-filled) cartridges still cannot be reset. I hope that I have been able to provide you with all of the information that you require but if we can be of any further assistance to you, please don’t hesitate to get back in touch. Kind Regards, Internet-Ink Team

Dear Mr O'Donoghue, Thank you for taking time to leave your review. We are really sorry to hear of the issues you have been experiencing lately when trying to replace compatible ink cartridges. Having checked your orders we note that you have placed several orders last year, all for 1301 series black cartridges. These cartridges are supplied with an updated version microchip, therefore we suspect that it may be causing recognition issues if installed alongside colour cartridges supplied in 2017 as they would contain an older version microchip. As you have now placed a new order for 2x complete sets of black and colour cartridges we believe that this will resolve the issue you have experienced previously and allow you to continue using your Epson printer and Internet-Ink cartridges as expected. Please be assured that all of our cartridges are sold with a 12 month warranty, therefore please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team on 0871 288 4549 or send us an email to support@internet-ink.co.uk should you experience any further issues with the cartridges purchased from Internet-Ink.
