The ink is not compatible with my Epson printer although in the description it should be. All are unopened except one Cyan. I shall return all and would like a refund please. Thanks.

Cannot believe you charged me the price you did for 1 ink cartridge (Cannon MP 492) TYPE C513) Β£26.09. I thought this was for 2. I could have gone to another company and got 2 black and white and 1 color for Β£34.00. If this is your costs now i will go else where. I have been a loyal customer to you for many years.

The ink quality is very poor - the colours are not true. It turned out to be more expensive than if I had bought genuine products. Will not be using you again.

the last batch of cartridges simply will not work on my printers and i have been using my previous stock so its not a printer issues i would appreciate you sending me a fresh batch to replace the last order or i am going to have to look elsewhere for another supplier and i have been usung you for many years now without any issues

Your compatible do not work in my printer. I had one batch to try and they seemed ok but next batch will not work.

At Internet-Ink, we take great pride in ensuring our customer’s satisfaction and the cartridges that you had purchased are very reliable, high quality cartridges supplied with the latest version microchips therefore it is very disappointing to hear you are no longer able to use them in your printer. Having looked in to this for you, I can see that you hadn’t contacted us at the time that the issue was experienced and the reason I mention this is because we offer a 12 month warranty on all of the products that we sell therefore had you contacted us, we would have most likely been able to resolve the issues that you had experienced and if this wasn’t possible we would have found a way to resolve this to your satisfaction. Only 1 black ink cartridge out or 10, 3 of each of the other colours is the wrong mix

Good Afternoon, Thank you for getting in touch. Having checked our records I can see that you have placed an order for a colour mixed pack, which contains x1 black cartridge and x3 of each colour (cyan, magenta and yellow). Therefore you have received the correct quantity and selection - however, we also have a 'twin pack' available - this would contain x2 of each colour and a total of x4 black cartridges. A lot of customers, get the 2x options confused and inadvertently order the incorrect pack. If this is the case for yourself, we would be able to exchange x1 of each colour for x3 extra black cartridges if you wish to do so. If you would like to exchange the cartridges, please simply give us a call on 0800 612 0874 and one of our very helpful advisers will be more than happy to assist you in resolving this as soon as possible. Dear Mr Wood-Robinson, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and notify us of your experience, please accept my sincerest apologies for the issues that you have experienced with regards to our compatible HP 364 ink cartridges. At Internet-Ink, we take great pride in ensuring our customer’s satisfaction and the cartridges that you had purchased are very reliable, high quality cartridges therefore it is very disappointing to hear you did not receive satisfactory print results, also the cartridges leaked and did not last as long as expected. Having looked in to this further for you I can confirm these particular cartridges are simply a plastic tank that holds the ink. They have no affect with regards to the printing quality which is determined by the print head situated inside your printer. We suspect that the cartridges were not printing correctly either due to not being vented properly or one or more nozzles inside the printhead (the carriage where the cartridges sit) was clogged with dry ink residue restricting the ink flow. Ensuring that the breathing holes are fully exposed and running a couple of deep cleaning cycles leaving 5-6 hours in between each cycle should have rectified the issue and restored the print quality to the expected standard. Also, if the nozzle caps had been removed prior to exposing the breathing holes, this would have caused for the cartridges to leak because of the pressure inside, as unlike HP cartridges our compatible inks are all filled to extra capacity, therefore it is very important to open them correctly. With the above being said, I would still really like to rectify your previous experience therefore please could I ask if you still have the cartridges that did not function correctly? Please could you also confirm how many copies approximately have been printed with the cartridges in question and provide a copy of the print quality diagnostic report produced with our compatible cartridges installed, and enclose a few copies of your prints so that we can look into this further for you. Reasonable price, prompt delivery, ink printed well. Unfortunately the ink lasted less than a quarter as long as genuine brother ink cartridges. Will pay the extra for the real thing in future.

Dear Emma, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave your review regarding our compatible Brother LC223 series ink cartridges. At Internet-Ink, we take great pride in ensuring our customer’s satisfaction and the cartridges that you had purchased are very reliable, high quality cartridges therefore it is very disappointing to hear that they seem to have run out much quicker than genuine Brother cartridges. Having looked into this further I can confirm that our compatible LC223 black ink cartridge contains 16ml of ink, each of the colours - 10ml. As the original Brother cartridges are filled with only 11.8ml black and 5.9ml of cyan, magenta and yellow ink, our cartridges should have provided you with significantly higher number of copies. However, I suspect that you may have used higher yield LC227/229 & LC225 series genuine Brother cartridges previously which would explain why they lasted you longer compared with our standard capacity cartridges. Please note that we also stock higher yield compatible ink tanks that represent even better value for money compared with the LC223 series cartridges, these are available to purchase on our website. I would just like to add that we also offer a 10% discount off compatible ink cartridges to all returning customers which makes our pricing even more competitive. I've been happy with Internet-Ink until now but with my recent deliveries I'm finding my Epson WF 2750 is increasingly not recognising the cartridges so it's proving to be an expensive option. This is my last trial

First time i've left a negative review after many years with Internet Ink. Ordered on the 31st Thursday Jan 1st class 4th Feb no sign of order, very surprised wondered what went wrong?

To ensure that all of our orders are dispatched fairly we always pick, pack and dispatch them in the order that they are received to us in. Having looked into your particular case, I can confirm that your order 4819797 was placed at 3.39pm on Thursday 31st January and while all orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours, unfortunately as we close early on Fridays at 2.30pm, we did not start processing your order until after the weekend as you had selected free delivery option and we had to dispatch a large number of orders that had been placed before your order was submitted . The order was shipped with our morning postal collection on Monday, therefore it should have arrived with you within the next 1-2 working days as per Royal Mail guidelines. Moving forward, to ensure that any urgent orders are dispatched the same day I would advise to select β€˜99p priority dispatch’ option at the checkout or a next day courier service which is chargeable at Β£7.99. I note that that you have placed a new order since the negative review was left, therefore we hope that you will continue shopping with us despite a slightly delayed delivery of your previous order. Service and delivery fine. DO NOT BUY THE PRODUCT THOUGH! it was HC/920XL-4PK Compatible HP 920 XL Ink Complete Pack - 4 Inks... Removed the cap on the black cartridge and ink went every where. Luckily I opened it over my chair so only stained my chair as if that was not bad enough. I used my hands to save the ink going elsewhere. Thought this was a one off so opened the next cartridge over some paper ready for the 'small' spurt but this was more a fountain. All over my hands but only stained the paper. Spent the last half an hour trying to remove black & blue ink, soap and water, white spirit, Swarfega, Nail varnish remover... to no avail. Stained hands and no way of cleaning them. Thrown the whole pack of inks away. Can I have my money back please?

We are so sorry to hear that your recent experience of using our compatible cartridges has been so disappointing! We are eager to reassure you that we are a reputable business with a good reputation, on which we take great pride and we take such reports very seriously. Having checked our records we can confirm that we have not had any other issues reported with these particular HP 920XL Compatible ink cartridges in the past 6 months, therefore we do find these happening very strange and unusual. We note that you have been in touch with us since leaving the review and that x2 free of charge replacement cartridges were dispatched on the same day the issue was reported to us. We trust the printer is now back up and printing correctly as expected. We would just like to add that having inspected a number of randomly picked cartridges from the batch you have reported an issue with, we were unable to replicate the leakage by following the correct installation instructions detailed on the cartridge outer packaging whereby the tear-off strip must be removed first to release the pressure from the cartridge and only then it is safe to remove the orange transport clip. We did see a very small amount of ink when the cartridges were opened incorrectly while still pressure-filled, however the excess ink was contained within the cartridge nozzle and at no point leaked out. We suspect that even though you have followed the correct procedure, there may have been a small amount of sticky tape residue left over the cartridge vent holes meaning they were still pressure-filled at the time of removing the nozzle caps, and if not handled carefully and held upside down may have leaked for which we sincerely apologise. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been to you as even though the ink is water based, it can be very difficult and time-consuming to clean stained fabrics.
