“Did not receive delivery prior to Christmas, which whilst ordered by the deadline for Christmas delivery this is not entirely IGS fault. But I have had no response to enquiry about returns policy and procedure (as this is outside of returns window due to slow delivery) by email, and the phone just rings after trying to call.”

“I have called and sent 3 emails in the past 2 day to let you know that I have not received my items - I have had no one answer the phone or any response from my emails - once this is sorted out I will write a review based on the service I have received since Please contact me - these were Christmas gifts order on 17th dispatched on 18th and I still have not got them :( My items have arrived I had to pick it up from the post office on 31st 14 days after order - if I had had an explanation or an unable to deliver message maybe this would have been acceptable - however nothing - no response - no apologise”
