“Received used and burnt out lamps, which is poor quality control, even if they've had customers act unethically, returns products should be checked prior to reselling. I Informed the company of the issue and requested speedy delivery given the time wasted already waiting for the faulty goods to arrive when I needed the product however, my request was ignored and the goods posted via regular 48hr service. Disappointed to say the least.”

Dear Ikram, Sorry to hear you have had a problem with the lamps you received. Can you confirm that you are running the lamps from a 25v source and not 240v as the item you ordered was 25v. If you are running them from 240V then this will cause the lamps to burn out immediately. If you are running them from standard 240v then you have ordered incorrectly. If you wish to order the 240v version then please contact us and we can send you a link correct item.

Hi Keith, Apologies for the delay but we have been waiting on the item to come in from the manufacturer. It arrived with us end of yesterday. Your order will leave us today and will be with you tomorrow. You will receive an email later today with the tracking details.

“I ordered a fluoro tube online to collect in person. When I got there, I asked them if I could get another one as well. They were only too pleased to assist. Then I showed them a very small bulb which I was sure they couldn't help me with as I had searched everywhere for it. They immediately were able to produce one and I was very happy. Good old-fashioned service with a smile. Absolutely recommend them.”
