“I ordered two led tubes on 10th October, only to be advised that they would not be available until the 28th October. It is now 1st November and I still do not have them or been advised if, or when they are likely to be delivered. My overall view of this company is very very poor.”

Hi, When you placed your order our website was already showing a due date of 28th. We also sent you an email advising you of this in case you missed it. The delivery time has run over by a couple of days but we are expecting our new stock in the next few days.

“Products work (so far - as expected). Arrived safely packed. All web site advertised as 'in-stock' but some delay due to being 'out of stock '!!!! Whilst this might be rare for this retailer, the practice of adverting items not actually in stock is growing and very poor customer service. For future reference, if an item is urgent, might be worth telephone call first to check actual availability.”
