“We have used Intasure for quite a few years, with a break over the past year or so with another insurance company. One thing I am surprised about though is although they state you can pay premiums over 12 months, which we have decided to do this year, you cannot use a foreign address to do it. Would love to know the reason why. Made only one claim in 10 years and this all went through smoothly.”

“We have used Intasure for 10 years now and have had good service. This year there seemed to be a problem regarding their ability to insure the property but after pursuing this they were able to continue our policy.”

“In general very good. A bit repetitive maybe. Promised a call back on a certain day which didn’t happen. Premiums for certain things are rather excessive. Solar Panels as an example. But as above good.”

“I contacted Intasure because a friend had recently used them to insure a holiday home. Insuring my Spanish home was something I had been meaning to do, but not got around to, so I got in touch. I have to say that they were very easy and pleasant to deal with and sent me a quote. They never pushed, which is a great sign for me. They did actually get some basic information wrong, which I was suspicious of, but when they corrected it, my premium had gone down rather than up. I suppose the proof of the pudding... so I will never be sure about them unless I have to actually claim something, but as far as I know, they appear very easy to deal with and pleasant and seem to know what they are doing.”
