“Within 10 seconds into my conversation with Shamil I felt like I had reconnected with a long lost friend. He was professional whilst being engaging, humorous and most importantly totally authentic - which is sadly lacking with most telephone sales people I’ve encountered in the past. I felt like I’d had a conversation with a friend which is an incredibly difficult balance to achieve from a sales perspective. If anyone deserves a pay rise this guy does - or a promotion! And if you don’t already know it he’s a gem/superstar/brilliant all round guy I could add more superlatives but you get the picture! Genuinely made my day 😊”

“Been with previous insurer for 14 years but due to excessive excess charge and increase insurance charge on our caravan when never made a claim and they were unable to give us another quote , decided to shop around and we are very please with quote and the prompt service we received in dealing with our requirements. .”

“It's a bit like going back to the old fashioned telephone method of getting a quote rather than a website but as I had used Intasure for a few years for a Spanish holiday home's insurance I thought I would give them a try for UK landlord insurance. They called me back the following day and took my details and the flat's details. The next day they called back with a quote that was £28 cheaper than the renewal notice that I could not improve on using a couple of insurance comparison websites. Mind you it included £20 discount for having my holiday home insurance with them already. I will get a quote for my main home insurance next month.”
