Well the premiums may well have shot up but the service is as good as ever. Very helpful lady answered all my questions and looked at various ways of reducing the bill. We finally came up with a good plan.

After a couple of false starts, Julian phoned me at the arranged time, explained the policy and answered my questions and I was happy to purchase static caravan insurance from him.

It took from early afternoon on Friday to Tuesday morning before the insurance for our apartment was approved. It was a stressful few days for us because we completed on the apartment on Friday. I had to chase this at least 3 times and was not told by Intasure, when I spoke to an assistant at 16:45, that the underwriters were closed for the weekend. This I discovered when I phoned again around 18:00. I phoned again on Monday morning and spoke to Ella. She was the most helpful member of staff; she promised to look into the issue and said she would find out what was happening and phone me back, which she did. It was the lack of communication that I found most disappointing. I have insured 5 other properties with Intasure and can say that if it hadn’t been for Ella I would have insured with another company and also moved my other properties. My grateful thanks to Ella.

In general very helpful, friendly, efficient and professional staff. Now can I have a discount please? Obviously I am only joking and it was good to see that the people I talked to had a good sense of humor, I just cannot operate without this. Very good except that, given the amount of scam and fraud that's about, I would prefer to receive initial renewal notices by ordinary post and which contain an Intasure postal address, an individual's name and contact telephone number. still receive the same information by e-mail and telephone call. Sorry, but that's the way the world is.
