“Easy helpful staff. Sales are always easy, the proof of the pudding will be if ever we had a claim! As brokers sometimes the process becomes confused between broker and underwriter. Let’s hope the promises made at sales work out in practice if ever needed. I was previously with L&G and it turns out I still am (Fairmead) but I saved around £50.”

“I appreciated the 'phone call I received to finalize my insurance purchase. However I am unable to open the documents which can only be opened with Adobe reader. This procedure is causing issues on my computer. Please send the docs another way please. Thanks. Jean Biro”

“After receiving a substantial increase in the renewal premium of a holiday home insurance policy I contacted Intasure to check the details and make amendments. The assistant was very helpful and efficient and I was easily able to make the necessary changes so as to have an affordable policy. Personally, I regard the entire insurance business of holiday homes abroad as grossly over priced, in a very noncompetitive market, but as there are few other options I was pleased that Intasure offered a better quote than the few other companies offering these policies.”

“The person , whom I got on the line was very friendly ; he was helpful and took his time to explain . What I found a bit annoying was the fact we had to go over all the details , although it was just an adjustment of a contract . I can understand it migth be the policy and probably a safety reason but it took a lot of time aswell for him as for me . Otherwise I am happy with your company .”
