I have been a customer for many years. Intasure is reasonably priced, gives good cover & the staff are most helpful.

Prices seem ok. I seem to get a lot of paperwork with my renewal and some doesn't seem to apply to me, which is a bit confusing. I've made one claim and the procedure was straightforward and pretty quick.

Just renewed my Spanish property insurance and this year opted to pay premium in full and not monthly. Agent said Premium Credit cancelled but first payment has been debited from my account. Rang again and agent said she would cancel and return payment but still no correspondence or return of premium

I have asked, Three years running if: You would let me Distribute ‘Flyers’ for your company, in the apartment block I have an Apt in, in Spain! No one, has bothered to get back to me, to even say, ‘Thanks but No Thanks’? There are 98 apartments in my Block and I am ‘More Than’ happy to hand them to any Brit, I see down in Spain! I go for 3-6 months a year! Do you Not want/Need My Help to gain New Clients? Or is it too much hassle for you??

Just one point. When I took out the policy in 2002, I was asked if I wanted to set up a recurring means of paying in subsequent years. I said no as I always review insurance annually and pay separately. When I reviewed the proposal for 2003 I requested twice how I would pay as I could not recall how I paid last time and would not necessarily have paid by the same means. I got no substantive response. Then I find that you had taken the sum from my credit card. In my view, you had no authority to do this, given that at that stage I had not formally accepted the proposal and secondly that I had not authorized you to debit my credit card in question. All three representatives who assisted me were very polite. The first two experienced difficulties in processing my payment. The first representative and I had trouble exchanging information. After several days of follow-up, I think I completed the purchase. Pricing and coverage were fair.

I like the fact this company has an uncomplicated automatic renewal policy, but that they keep the property owner informed beforehand. I’ve thankfully never had to make a claim on my policy, so of course can’t make any assumptions there.

I was very impressed with the staff at Intasure, and how easy it was renewing my Landlord insurance policy. The lady was polite and very helpful.

At renewal, I asked if I could pay monthly, as my property was under offer. I was advised that Premium Credit would not be able to me a service in the IOM. I advised that I work for Rossborough Insurance in the IOM and we use PC all the time. After 3 x telephone conversations with Intasure, I was advised that it was being looked into and someone would get back to me and they never did. Naturally, as we are both part of the AJ Gallagher Group, I expected more. I arranged the insurance elsewhere in the end, so not impressed at all!
