Frustrated to find no one answering phone calls and I had to leave a message for them to call back. Took them 48 hours to return a call. However the matter was dealt with promtly when they eventually called back.

On the first occasion I contacted the company I was promised a call back which didn't materialise. However, when I called back the following day I s[poke to James Taylor who was efficient, polite and seems to have in-depth knowledge of my requiremenmts.

For cost, the main problem is the administration charge. For service, the person I spoke to to renew understood my situation as my wife's sole carer. In future we will see. Contacting me by email does not work unless I am texted to let me know there is an email from you. On BT advice we are fighting the scammers by never answering the landline in office hours. My mobile will have to recognise you before it is safe to ring me on it.

Gabriel from Intasure was extremely helpful and clear in explaining the product and sourcing the information I needed. I was dealing with several agencies in setting this insurance up and although this was not the cheapest I felt I got the clearest information and reassurance around my queries. He was also willing and able to call back several times at my request given the poor reception experienced

Very speedy service. Efficient and pleasant staff. Most importantly all done in speedily for me. Plus the staff member told me she would be available until early evening on a Friday. Very good customer service.

My parents have used Intasure for a holiday home in the Canary Islands. The ownership has now been passed to myself and my two sisters. We needed to change the details with intasure, which entailed cancelling the existing policy and setting up a new one. This took about 30 minutes, with no difference in cover and price. This seemed an unecessarilay drawn out process, but understand that it was the only way to change the ownership details. The operative at Intasure was very good, and apologetic that we had to do it this way.

The rating above based on sales experience, not claim process. Queue times were low and when they were high, call backs were prompt and when promised. Email correspondence also possible which helped when agents not available. 1 drawback was the premium was high as it included cover I didn't need and if I hadn't questioned the total or would not have been noticed. But overall good sales experience.
