“I placed 2 separate orders with Inta Audio for Snark SN5X guitar tuners. The first order was for a single unit but I really liked it so I bought another 3. This review relates to the second order (but I also gave the first order 5 stars). Online ordering was easy. I then had good information on the expected day/date of delivery (48 hours after the order date) and the expected time window. The order was delivered on schedule by Royal Mail. One of the reasons I chose Inta Audio to buy these items was that it was the cheapest on the internet - especially because they were offering free postage! But the service and the quality of the goods is certainly NOT cheap. Highly recommended.”

“My order, which included some custom changes was completed very quickly and I received the desktop ahead of my expectations. It was really good to switch on a new computer and find all the painful Windows downloads and drivers already installed and working without issues. In the package sent, there were all the various bits not used or removed during the installation. This is useful if you plan to upgrade things in the future. There was also a USB backup stick. Can't fault anything.”

“The machine I ordered was delivered quickly, more so than I expected. It was very well packed and protected. I had my own screen, audio interface and speakers, and when it was all connected up, everything worked perfectly. The computer is amazingly quiet in operation. So far, it is proving fast and effective. My only caveat is that a bit of documentation about the backup and recovery software and the care plan that I purchased, would have been (actually, would still be) useful.”

“Inta Audio built my first Music PC many years ago and it's still in operations today. Well, I upgraded the processor, ram, drives and fans. But it's still the same motherboard, power supply, case and CPU fan. It was about time for a more powerful machine though. I chose Inta Audio again due to their value for money systems. Even though they have grown as a company, they still provide the helpful friendly service I remember. So I'm well satisfied with the 16 cores I have to play with now. Thanks...”

“I paid extra for Royal Mail 24 tracked delivery. I got an email from IntaAudio on the Thursday 28th March saying my parcel was shipped via Royal Mail, Tracked 24. It is now Wednesday 3 April and I haven't received the package yet. Why pay extra for expedited delivery only to wait 5 days and still no package?”

“inta Audio customer service was 1st class. very helpful on the phone with the items i was after.... not only did they have the products, intaAudio was cheaper than most companys online. my items were posted free of charge imediately and i recieved them 2 days later and very well packed. very happy with IntaAaudio who ill be using again.”
