What can I say? - Mickey Mouse comes to mind, the trail of cockups will be on your system (if you have one) I renewed 29 Jan 2018 - had several communications since then including a no claims advice as I had "gone elsewhere". I made several phone calls to ensure I actually was insured. Michael McCarthy sent me paperwork (hurrah!) The "sorry to see you go" letter came after this. the last thing - a text reminding me to renew my policy. I paid £1313.54 the policy schedule quoted £1208.64, add service charge and key protection, there is a £31.95 discrepancy - impressive? - No.

On the day of the purchasing I had to redo on the phone all the details I had already provided on the website. I had to spend almost 1 hour. If I knew that the online form is not good and I have to do it by phone, I would not have done it online.

Well what went wrong? A lot first thing after one year of CB company offering a insurance more expensive why last year are you serous ? Then to cancel policy after one year I call 6 times ! !! That was just stupid. I did company change i mąkę apoitment dell was the office will call my in two days and offer my better dell this never happened. Is just show How much company care about custo

Too many phone calls, calls took too long, payment didn't go through because insurance companies have a bad rep with credit card companies = a LONG time having to run through everything on the phone. Not an intuitive system for uploading information to the insurance website and TOO much information asked for, more than enough to steal an identity, your firewalls better be 100 percent safe. Email today said a) uploaded drivers photos were not PDF when they were, claimed they were unintelligible when they are, high quality scans. Look the staff are lovely, it is not their fault just the scripts they have to work with.

Insurance is way too expensive and extras like road break down and windscreen repair had to be added on. They should come as standard. I am still waiting for my cover note. The worst insurance ive eber had.

Hi Samantha. I received my document but I surprised when I saw the price for (Total excess: £ 3000 Section excess for all cars ) and my car is comprehensive. Can you explain why this price is very expensive! my regarding Amr ....

Left me waiting over the given call back time (quoted 45mins) I had to call back 4 hours later. Then found my insurance went up £500 because all of a sudden my second job that I hardly do was a problem so cost me an extra £40 a month. Don't advertise one price then when the customer is at the point of completion bump it up so much. All insurances are crooks.

The initial quotation was 2077 £ but after doing it over telephone, the final payment raised to almost 2540 £ .

The Insurer kept requesting documentations as no other insurance company in the past have requested this. A slight error on the title of the driving licence they would not accept it so i had to take the name driver off the policy and charged £50 fee. Now I receive a letter requesting £184.23 for amendment on driving licence for another named diver. I did not not make this error. This is a Joke!! I will not be using you again next year.

Its only been couple of weeks since i have insured my car. But poor experience, i have already provided all documents No claim, and license details etc. but this is the 3rd time i had to provided these details again.

After quotation from go compare I was getting charged alot more from the agent didn't listen to me eventually had to involve go compare to sort this out. Made call twice but no one was interested

hello sir , 2 june2016 i contact my insurance xdirect claim for exedent other person fault i provide other person insurance detail to advisor .but still not repair my car not pick send to garage for repair and still not provide me another car for toporerey used .and no body come on see my car .if you help me clear this matter i shall be verry greatfull to you. thanks.

After paying for the insurance it is the first time I have had to then ring up to activate it to be able to drive and a month later I still have no Insurance Certificate where are my documents?? And also there are no contact details when I was also requested to either email, fax or send by post any items?
