“You told me you cancelled my policy, because the wing mirrors were not the original ones, and that I did in fact have modifications on my vehicle after stating the car didn't. So I called you back & told you the wing mirrors were in fact the original wing mirrors. So I asked you again what had been modified? Your reply was.... around £120 pounds to my bank account. but still cancelled my policy without notifying me. Now if they were modified wing mirrors and I proved you wrong, why would you send me compensation? Well, it wasn't really compo, because my down payment was over £300 plus you still cancelled my policy.”
“Terrible, avoid at all cost. They advertise all sorts of perks on their website and then do not honor anything they say.
So you think they have an app where you can view your driving, Oh no they don't. Look at this website and see where they say they do.
Search up insure the box app and you will be met with a page explaining that they have an app and that you can use it now.
Now go and try and find the app, it is non existent. They do not do anything they say they do.
Then we must move on to their black box fitting, it took 4 weeks to do so due to delays on their side.
Once fitted, you will be met with many warnings for driving even 1 mph over the speed limit. They will then threaten you by saying they will cancel your policy.
I am done with this company, they wouldn't even give me a free cancellation even after everything that has happened.
Terrible company, avoid at all cost! Oh and if there are any positive reviews on here, they are probably fake. Check out the trust pilot page for real reviews where they have a 2 star rating.”
“Avoid!!!!!!! Cheap to buy but the box isn’t accurate. On the website you information on driving comes up all green which is good and give bonus miles but to other insurance companies the info of the box is complete opposite making your quotes of leaving them a fortune it’s a rip off .”
“Reliable and trustworthy. Black box and discounts can be temperamental and do not always accurately reflect your driving. But flexibility at driving all times and less restriction with it makes it easier for young drivers to use their vehicle.”
