“This was online ordering with a personal touch. After I had placed my order, I was contacted twice by a member of staff firstly to explain that this was a special order and the length of time it would take for the item to be with me and again to let me know when it had arrived in store and to arrange the most convenient day for it to be delivered. Their quality products are competitively priced and their customer service should serve as a model for a lot of companies. I will certainly order from there again.”
