“Absolutely amazing service from the initial colour selection for the sofa right through to the delivery. Everything was thought of and double-checked to eliminate any potential issues and my contact Chris was lovely to deal with. My sofa was delivered very well packaged and in perfect condition. Very happy with my purchase and would buy from Innes again and also highly recommend to anyone else.”

“I bought two bar stools from Innes. Their customer service was first class. There were delays with the delivery, caused by the courier and the manufacturer. Innes staff were brilliant in chasing down these problems, keeping me updated, and getting the stools to me as quickly as possible. The stools are fantastic. Will certainly buy from them again.”
